Absolutely! Being able to walk to Harbour Town and Sea Pines Center and bike to the beach and stables or South Beach is a big bonus. The pool facility and gazebo are noteworthy.

Thanks for the suggestions. Ice can be purchased by the bag for a small price a block away. There is large box fan upstairs.

While the condo needs to be updated, from furniture to televisions, the location is great and we were able to make the most of our stay.Biggest disappointments: Patio furniture was too old and filthy to be able to sit outside. Only 4 wire hangers provided.Pros: Owner was responsive when we had problems with accessing cable channels on the 1 working TV. (Highly recommend owner installs smart TVs!)Location! Sea Pines is the best and this condo community is a quick bike ride to Harbor Town. The pool is very nice!

Thank you. The location is ideal for nearby activities in Harbour town. Shopping, swimming, kid's events and dining are steps away. The bistro table and chair are new to the patio. Guests can bring any of the chairs from the beach closet around back as well. The downstairs TV just had to be rebooted. The guest was immediately coached to work with the cable company, When the guest expressed frustration with the process, the maintenance team stepped in and rebooted the TV at the owner's request.

Villa close to Harbor Town

I read previous reviews and therefore was not surprised by the decor or furnishings. The location is excellent and made the stay worthwhile.

Location, location, location! Indeed, it is an ideal place for a splendid vacation! We love the indigo color and durable fabric of the newly installed (December 2018) queen sleeper and love seat in the living room, which, by the way are also featured in many nearby upscale properties on the resort. The ivory white bed sets upstairs are also recent acquisitions (December 2018) and include new head boards, floor boards, night stands, dresser drawers and mattresses/box springs in both queen and twin sizes.

Perfect for the price!

My boys and I had a wonderful time. The condo is located close to Harbour Town and an easy ride to the beach. We really appreciated having beach items available for use, Overall I would definitely recommend.

Thanks Jennifer! We aim to please. The beach closet contains all of the customary trappings for a day at the beach. It is especially convenient for travelers who are coming from a distance with limited luggage.

Family vacation to Hilton Head - Seapines

The villa was as advertised (clean, great location for our needs, a little outdated - as expected and a little warm upstairs). The owner was easy to work with and was prompt during the booking process and with sending us the door code for check-in. The pool was great and we enjoyed our time in Hilton Head. We would book again.

The cleaning company has been rated best on the island. A new floor was laid downstairs and in the upstairs bathrooms 2024. The pool at Heritage Villas is one of the nicest and largest in the Sea Pines area. See you next year!

Nice affordable place in Sea Pines

Great communication with Caryn..easy check in and check out.The only issue we had was we could not get the TV to work in the living room...called the number that was given but still never worked...so only other TV was in main bedroom Cute place...affordable...needs some updates but overall good.

The cable company will troubleshoot with the guest who is onsite if they call 855-895-5302 and give the owner's name and the service address. They will make an on site service call if an adult is present (a protocol before they resolve an outside issue). The phone number is 24 hours but service calls are generally scheduled during the week. If the guest is not staying long, the service call may not be convenient. However, since the cable TV is provided by the community regime, owners have little control over their set procedures. I contacted the cable company after the guest departed, but they would not troubleshoot the issue until a new guest checked in.. Extensive updates were made with the past year. Updates are ongoing in a prudent fashion so they don't result in higher rents

Great place to stay

It was a great place for the price. Needs a little updating but very clean. Centrally located with easy Trolley pick up and drop off to all locations in Sea Pines so you can park your car and never move it if you don't want to. Owner was great to work with and timely about sending required info for condo, pools, WIFI, etc. Will def rent again.

Bathrooms upstairs have new floors. Toilets in all three have been replaced. The vinyl oak floor in the downstairs area was just installed. We are focused on improving the property at a rate that keeps rent low for travelers. See you next year!

Great place to celebrate 4th of July!!!

The condo was just as described, walking distance to the Lighthouse and lots of events! We brought our bikes and had a wonderful time riding around, Trolley ride all over the island was also fun playing oldies tunes and a cool AC! Nice pool access, 20.00 parking pass had us covered for the whole week. Condo was nice and cool, spacious and quiet so we slept great! Affordable price of the condo allowed us to go out to eat several times and enjoy a boat tour that launched from the Lighthouse! We will be back!

The biking trails have been recently widened to allow passing as the trails do get busy in season. Guests can bike to any location on the resort without using the streets. Guests who leave the resort by bike are subject to security scrutiny at the gate so it is best to carry cash and ID under those circumstances. The trolleys have multiple routes and stop locally across the street, in Harbour town and the Sea Pines Center. Check out the trolley map when you arrive as there are posted hours. The villa pool is lovely and , large and a shady place to relax and read or enjoy pool games with the children. There are many fine restaurants nearby for special occasions or non cooking nights. The kitchen and dining room are useful for nights indoors. See you next time!

Great Location and Comfortable Stay in Harbour Town

We had a really enjoyable stay at this Harbour Town villa! The location was ideal - just a short bike ride or walk to the beach, Harbour Town shops, and beautiful walking trails. It was a peaceful and relaxing setting, perfect for a getaway.The villa was clean, affordable, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The layout was spacious enough for our family, and we appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and thoughtful touches throughout the home.A few minor updates could elevate the experience to a full five stars, but overall, we had a great time and would definitely consider staying here again. It’s a wonderful spot for anyone looking to unwind in Sea Pines without breaking the bank!
