I'm a solo traveler that stayed for one month at Pat's home. The home is very comfortably furnished and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. The house is close to many beautiful Green Valley parks. I enjoyed going for walks with my small dog. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe.

Excellent place to stay

Beautiful home with everything you could possibly need for your stay. With a large patio, close to shopping centers, Tubac, Bisbee, Tombstone and Tucson. We also went to the Grand Canyon and Sedona. The mountains and scenery are gorgeous with many biking and hiking trails. We absolutely recommend a stay at this home.

Close to rec centers

Everything was great except the cleanliness was not up to VRBO Standards. Also the brown couch and chair should be replaced. Everything else was good.

Spacious, quiet, comfortable - you’ll love it

100% recommend! Let’s start with location: so convenient. Each Wednesday, we walked to the farmer’s market a mile away, where we also found two bookstores, two cafes, and other shops. It’s just a 1.5 mile drive to Highway 19 as well. Despite its central location, this house is quiet. The two bedrooms and two baths are on opposite ends of the large living room. That was perfect for me to work in the second bedroom (internet was strong all month) and made for pleasant accommodations when family visited. The kitchen and laundry had everything we needed and more too.The sprawling, well-tended patio was spacious and quiet. We had daily visits from phainopeplas, cardinals, house finches and watched turkey vultures soar on thermals far above. We enjoyed the roomy garage, used the free weights, and took one of the bikes for a couple of spins. We had zero problems, and when we did contact the property owner (to let him know the HOA had left a flyer on the gate), he replied right away. Thank you to the property owners for your hospitality and so many thoughtful touches. We hope to be able to rent with you again.

Great Place, Great Value

This town home was much more than would expected, well stock with all your needs. To use the Green Valley facilities, you need to go to the West Center, and purchase a tenant pass, which is 60 each for the month, and you can use all the Green Valley Rec Centers, which entails, pools, pickleball courts, workout centers, crafts, dances, movie night, and plenty more. You will not run out anything to do. This place is close to so many things.We enjoyed hiking the Madera Canyon Waterfall, and Canoa Hills has a nice walking trail. Tubac is a must see, if you enjoy shopping and seeing some beautiful art.We even drove down to the town of Tombstone is a must see, if you like western. And then more south to Bisbee, which is a fun town. We enjoyed the Queen Mary mine tour. And the little town of Lowell, is close by, it you like looking at old cars. We were very grateful to have found this rental place, and to be able to bring out dog was a plus. She enjoyed the palace, as much as we did. We meet a lot of nice people in Green Valley, everyone is so friendly. We liked it so much, we purchased a home in Green Valley. In the future, if my place is full, or if anyone wants their own space, I would definitely recommend this place. ps... I just have to say, I love the Green Pans in the kitchen. They are great to cook with.

Felt like Home

The home is warm, inviting and well-furnished including very comfortable patio furniture. We found nothing lacking in kitchen equipment, including such thoughtful items as travel mugs and coolers (which we gratefully used during a bus tour to Mexico) and a plethora of brochures and magazines with info on all the local attractions and activities. The neighbourhood is friendly and exceptionally quiet with a lovely street view of the Santa Rita Mountains. There is an abundance of walking and biking trails surrounding the neighbourhood, and the entire community; two bikes with helmets are available for use. and the several recreation centres in Green Valley are all within a ten minute (or less) drive, offer a variety of activities and have very well equipped gyms. We have rented with VRBO for many years, staying at places where the owner claimed “well equipped” only to find a precious few plates/utensils and little in the way of cookware. This home is equipped to “live in” right down to twist ties in the catch all drawer. We felt at home here and comfortable from the moment we walked in. Lots of supplies to work with right off the mark like garbage bags, soaps, etc. which we gladly over replaced just because we did not have to go thru the hassle of getting stuff the first few days we were here. Our host has been most accommodating and has been quick to respond to any questions/concerns. We would highly recommend this vacation rental, a great place to spend the winter.

Great Neighborhood

We really enjoyed the beautiful setting, an older neighborhood with lots of blooming trees and many songbirds - especially the cardinals. We had great morning walks where we met lots of friendly neighbors along with the joys of seeing bunnies, quail, roadrunners,, lizards and even a few javalina families. All the dogs in the neighborhood were also friendly and liked to get a few treats if you carried some in your pockets. Also it was a close to everything venue, so we were very happy.

My friend and I enjoyed staying in this home so much we would love to come back. It had everything we needed and was in an excellent location, especially for enjoying dog walks along the arroyos and Green Valley Recreation

Wonderful!

Green Valley home

A lovely home!! Very roomy - and nicely decorated! The back deck is especially delightful, complete with grill (and shade from the AZ sun). We had really hoped to rent this place again next March, but it has already been snatched up - and as we look for another site, we find the bar has been set high!! This home has all the right touches - it will be a hard act to follow!!
