PacWest Vacation Rentals Agreement

A. Property Use: The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.

B. Good Neighbor Policy: All guests must follow PacWest Vacation Rentals` good neighbor policy, avoiding illegal activities. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

C. Pets: Pets are not permitted unless specified in your reservation.

D. Minimum Age: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

E. No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises.

F. Prohibited Activities: No commercial photography, filming, tents, or other structures are allowed.

G. Renter Liability: The renter is responsible for any property damage and agrees to cover any charges for damages during the stay.

H. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking will receive a full refund. After that, cancellations made 30 or more days before the first night of the reservation will be refunded, minus the booking fee.

J. Additional Terms: No Permanent Residence: The property is for temporary use only and cannot be used as a permanent residence. No Criminal Activity: The property may not be used for any criminal activity. Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: May be available for an additional fee. Unauthorized late check-out may result in charges. Maintenance Issues: Report any issues immediately; we will address them as soon as possible.

K. Legal Terms: Governing Law: This agreement is governed by Oregon law. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes must be resolved through arbitration in Oregon.
