The Space:

Get ready for privacy, relaxation, or active fun with family and friends at this 1,800-square-foot, two-level retreat. Superb 180-degree views of the ocean, sandy beach, rolling waves and the iconic Three Arch Rocks can be enjoyed from most rooms and also from the 400 sq. ft. glass-enclosed deck. This property has three bedrooms, two baths, and an open bonus area to accommodate a total of up to eight guests.



It's a five-minute walk to access to the beach and the picturesque village of Oceanside, where you can enjoy the two restaurants and coffee shop. Additional restaurants and grocery markets can be found in Netarts and Tillamook. Be sure to visit the Tillamook Cheese Factory and the Blue Heron, where you can sample deli items, go wine tasting, and shop at the unique gift shop. Explore Cape Meares and Cape Lookout lighthouses, state parks, and the 'secret beach' through the tunnel at the north end of Oceanside beach!



Cozy, inviting, and whimsical are words that describe this property, where you can de-stress and relax with a book, play games, or binge-watch your favorite shows on the big-screen TV. The kitchen is fully outfitted for visitors or your own staycation. The large deck offers a barbecue and comfortable furniture, and the covered porch on the top floor is usable on rainy or windy days. Oceanside is known for its serene setting, reminiscent of seaside towns in Italy, and its laid-back, non-commercial atmosphere. There is much 'to do' or 'not to do' here!

Comfortable Ocean Stay

This is a nice property. Some furnishings are well used (dishwasher comes to mind), but all are functional and are soon forgotten when you take in the ocean views. We will stay here again!

Anniversary getaway

We had a marvelous and relaxing experience. The rental was beautifully decorated and oh so cozy. Views of the ocean and beach were spectacular, to say the least! We WILL be back.

Fantastic view and location

Great view off the deck, from the living room, and probably the best from the master bedroom which is large enough to includea nice reading area. Short walk down to the beach. The place is well equipped in the kitchen and several games and puzzles.

This was a really nice place to stay. The house was clean & there were plenty of kitchen utensils. The view was amazing!! The only reason I am not giving it a 5 star rating is the lack of shampoo, conditioner & soap in the upstairs bathroom and the completely rusted out grill - which was totally unusable.

Lovely place on the Oregon Coast. Spacious, good beds, a functioning fireplace. Great view from inside the home as well as out on the deck; this is important if you are staying on the coast! Weather can change at any minute. The management company communicated quickly and accurately. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous view

House was in a great location. Back deck was amazing with a wonderful view and plenty of seating. House was nicely decorated and there were plenty of nice towels. Master bedroom was huge with wonderful water views. We enjoyed the movies supplied. Great trip for 3 adult siblings. Check-in/out was easy. Everything was as advertised.

Oceanside home with a view

Great location. Easy access to things to do. FYI if you have small children the owner does have a lot of nice breakable things on display. Just keep that in mind and do a quick survey and move some things. Otherwise it’s a great place!

Views & deck were the best. Beds were comfortable. Living room and dining space was tight for a group of 7-8. Had most of what we needed. Wish I had known about the very limited supply of dishwasher & laundry pods, paper products ahead of time. Could use some TLC.

Beautiful views and cozy beds!

We stayed here in May 2017 with 8 adults. The sleeping arrangements worked out great for us, because we had 3 couples and 2 single people with us. The two twin beds aren't in a private room; they're just basically at the top of the stairs on the second floor. It wasn't a problem for us, but others might not like it. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, the views were better than expected, and the beach was a short walk away. Highly recommended!

Amazing views

From the moment we walked in, we were amazed by the views this property has from the huge deck and master bedroom. Four days later, we were still not bored with it! It is a short walk to the beach and completely doable with a two-year-old. The layout of the house is really good, and the way they utilized the space is great. The only reason I didn’t give this a 5-star rating is the kitchen appliances and utensils could use some updating.

Overall, we had a great time. The house was clean, cozy, and had amazing views! Would stay again!

Our group really enjoyed our stay. Upon our arrival, the house looked and smelled really clean. The rooms were nicely furnished and we liked the fourth sleeping area upstairs. The kitchen had mostly all the utensils our group needed during our stay (except for a can opener...) and there were plenty of cups, plates, pots and pans. We did have some trouble working the sound system that appears to be wired for the living room and master bedroom (a user guide would have been helpful). Our favorite part of the house was the deck and the spectacular view from the master bedroom. We watched the breathtaking sunsets each night, one of which was July 4th and filled with fireworks. Unforgettable expertise and would definitely recommend!

The wonderful Hawaiian house!

My family and extended family have been renting this house for two decades! My great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, aunts, uncles, cousins, etc. were all born and raised in Tillamook. I have been coming to Oceanside since I was born (60 years!). My dad started renting this house in about 1998--and we just keep coming back. We all agree that THIS is the best house in Oceanside. I only have two suggestions: 1.) The mattresses could use some updating. 2.) We miss the large dining table were we could all come together for a meal. Thank you so much for allowing us to be guests in this beautiful home.

Spectacular View and Comfy Accommodations

The view on this property is simply amazing. I thought the pictures on the listing couldn't be real, but they ARE! The property itself is a little dated - some charming but kind of random furnishings... but the view! My sister and her family were staying at a much more "posh" property around the corner, but we ended up spending lots of time here, on the deck enjoying the view! Nice windows that opened in every room, creating cross-breezes and allowing us to hear the ocean roar even while inside. Plenty of room with the 3 bedrooms and then the loft as well. We cooked all our meals and found the kitchen items adequate to get the job done, with no problems. A very quick walk to the little town and on to the beach kept us busy. Aside from leaving to buy groceries, we stayed busy without needing to drive anywhere! All in all a fantastic experience and we will be back!
