The cute house was perfect for our visit with our dog. The house had a nice back yard and was within walking distance of the park and river. We would stay here again with no hesitation.

Cute house that’s bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside. Good living and dining space to spread out as a family. Rooms and bathroom were clean. Covered parking was nice to have in the snow. Only negatives were grime in the bottom of the fridge and freezer. A rough spot in the twin bed room snagged a hole in my son’s sock. Great location as it’s very close to a full supermarket and the main road in Carlsbad. Great price for the amount of space!

Cute little house

For the money it was great place to stay . Quite neighborhood beautiful park in walking distance right by river and little water park good food close to house as far as some kinda of suggestion on amyway to make it better would just be a little beter upkeep on yard maintenance not that it was out of control or anything just a little feed back all in all it was a good place for a family

We had a comfortable stay in this roomy house. Overall the house was nice, but it coud use some TLC. The vents need cleaning and watch out for nails in the floor under the throw rugs. The house was in a good location and had everything we needed.

This space was perfect for us. Our pup had a big open space to explore and play. He did a lot of perimeter patrols! The kitchen was well-stocked and easy to work around (new kitchens can throw me off).The location was great. We could take our pup for a walk along the river/park area before we did more hiking other places.

Interesting house!

We enjoyed staying here! Plenty of room. Lovely sunny room to eat breakfast in.Very interesting decor, it grew on us the longer we stayed. Easy access by car to plenty of nearby restaurants.We'd stay here again for sure.

perfect location in Carlsbad

This home is in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk away from a beautiful lakeside park with multiple playgrounds, a splash pad, a waterpark, paddle boats, sand beach, and a mini golf course. A large grocery store was also a short walk away. The home was clean and comfortable, had every thing we needed.

Artsy honey vibe

The owner was always available for questions or anything we needed. Great communication. The home is just a short walk from the park with lots for kids to do. The home is very artsy and had cute decorations and authentic feel. The kitchen had extras like spices, butter, oil and condiments in the fridge. The extra living room space had games including uno and puzzles. The one bathroom was a downside, but it was updated and served it's purpose. The living room had 3 couches, which was perfect for a big family to watch movies. It's obvious that the owner really puts love and effort into this place. I especially liked that the check out process was easy and owner asked for doors to be locked and towels in the hamper. Much easier than other VRBOs I've stayed at that ask for additional things like take the trash out and strip beds.
