Very nice clean property within walking distance of restaurants and shops plus a stone throw from a tram stop. The area is perfectly walkable during the day but would recommend using transportation at night. All in all great stay! Would stay again.

The host was amazing - great communication. The place is absolutely adorable, with modern features, and provided everything that I needed for my stay. The bedding was lovely and the beds are very comfortable. Nice and clean. Also located just a short walk from one of the trolley stops, and some fantastic cafes and restaurants.

Perfect home away from home

The house was as beautiful as the pictures and the location to downtown St. Augustine was excellent. Everything about the this property and property manager was incredible and I couldn’t be happier about our trip.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home that was within walking distance to one of our favorite restaurants, La Nouvelle Bistro. The Fish Camp St Augustine is also very close by and a great eatery. The walk to Night of Lights was easy, and we took it as an opportunity to tour the historical homes and streets, all decorated for Christmas. The home itself was a perfect size for our family of four on a two night stay. Great amenities, comfortable beds, linens and towels. The decor and furnishings are fresh and modern, making it feel boutique but every bit a home. The host is fantastic and everything you want, accessible, informative and human!

Everything about this stay was stunning, starting first and foremost with the immaculate, spectacular property. We spent 10 days walking everywhere around historic St. Augustine... Such a perfect location. There is not a rating choice high enough for our truly amazing host who was super accessible and responsive!

Super place very well appointed, outstanding communication with property owner. The only reason I can’t give it a full five is due to connectivity issues with Wi-Fi (which owner assiduously tried to assist with) and some minor, hot water problems that in fairness to property owner, we never even told her about. (Water did not seem to get hot enough in the non-street side bathroom.) Overall, my sister and I had a very very good time and would recommend it highly to anyone else who wants to venture there -walkable to downtown and just a really nice stay. Thank you!

Our recent stay at this VRBO gem in the heart of the St. Augustine Historic District was nothing short of incredible! The house is a modern oasis tucked into the charm of historic Lincolnville, offering the perfect balance of contemporary luxury and old-world ambiance.From the moment we walked in, it was clear the owners take great pride in maintaining this home. It was spotless and beautifully designed, with thoughtful touches like a cozy sofa with a fur throw and a hammock on the back deck where we enjoyed the sounds of birds chirping—a true retreat.The location could not have been better! We loved being within easy walking distance of downtown. It felt like a home away from home, with a hip and chic vibe that still managed to be cozy.If you're looking for a place to fall in love with St. Augustine, look no further. This home is everything you could want and more. We can't wait to return!
