DOWNTOWN Ocean City 3-bedroom modern townhouse in one of the best locations you will find - just a couple of blocks away from the famous boardwalk, beach and Atlantic Ocean! You'll love being walking distance to historical restaurants, rides, and arcades. You're just 1 block to the bay and 2 blocks to the ocean - close to everything downtown. There's plenty of room for everyone on the open main level which includes a large living room, kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances and dining seating for 9 people. The living room TV also includes an Xbox 360 console for those who enjoy video games! On the upper level, the main bedroom has a queen-sized bed, the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the third bedroom has a pyramid style bunk bed with a full-sized bed on the bottom and a twin sized on the top. The living room also includes a queen sleep sofa so you can sleep 9 people comfortably.

This townhouse also has 2 full bathrooms, with one on the main level and another on the second level. There are smart TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, so you can stream your favorite shows (with your login credentials.) Other amenities include central air conditioning, Wi-Fi/high speed internet, a washer and dryer and 2 assigned under cover parking spots. The entry is on the second level of the building (under cover parking is on the first floor) and there is no elevator in the building. You'll also have two undercover, assigned parking spaces.

** Linens not provided. Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. You will need to bring sheets, towels and pillowcases as linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available to be rented. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option after you make your reservation if you choose to do so. A complete linen package is $145. Guests must supply all soap and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked. **

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
