Upon arrival, convenient driveway parking leads to a welcoming 35” clear entry, and the first floor greets you with oak hardwood floors. Relax in the spacious living room, featuring a 65” 4K Roku TV, or dine in the formal dining room with a stylish Restoration Hardware set. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, boasting stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Adjacent to the kitchen, the family room offers a cozy Bloomie’s sectional and another 65” 4K Roku TV.

The first-floor king bedroom provides privacy and comfort with a large closet and nearby full bathroom. Other things to note:

- Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM.
- No smoking is allowed inside the house.
- No Loud music can be playing outside.
- No pets are allowed inside or outside the house.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- Maximum occupancy is limited to the number of guests stated in the rental agreement.
- Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay.
- Guest Must Not Flush Feminine products, toilet paper, diapers or any other items that can clog the toilets.
- Guests must abide by all local laws and regulations.
- Guests must respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
- Guests must leave the house in the same condition as it was upon check-in.
- Guests use the pool at their own risk.

Cancellation policy:

To receive a full refund (less 3.5% payment processing fee), guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. You can also get a full refund within 48 hours of booking if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in. If you cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 7 days before check-in, you will not receive a refund.
