You’re just 12 minutes from Palm Beach beaches and 10 minutes from CityPlace and downtown West Palm Beach for top dining, shopping, and entertainment. Beaches, waterfront parks, golf, the Palm Beach Zoo, and everyday essentials are all nearby, offering the ideal balance of convenience and peaceful living.

Things to Note:

- Upon booking, we require a copy of the booking guest’s driver’s license and a signed rental agreement.

- We have a minimum age requirement of 28y/o to be able to book the property.

- This is NOT a pet-friendly home.

- The pool may be heated upon request. We require at least 24 hours' notice to heat the pool to get it to the desired temperature.

- There is a doorbell camera, a camera facing the driveway, and a camera on the north side of the home. All for our guests' security.
