Il n'y a pas de meilleure façon de vraiment découvrir la gloire des Blue Ridge Mountains qu'en logeant dans cette nouvelle location de cabane en rondins de luxe, située à côté ( 20 pieds) à Glade Creek, à 12 minutes du centre-ville de Black Mountain (25 minutes d'Asheville). Hideaway at Highrock est l'exemple parfait du meilleur que les locations de vacances Blue Ridge Mountain ont à offrir. La maison en bois rond est une cabane très spéciale et bien pensée de 2 chambres pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes, avec 2 salles de bain complètes, une à chaque étage. Vous pouvez dormir confortablement au son de l'eau qui coule dans le lit principal king size, ou le lit king size au rez-de-chaussée ou le lit queen. Les équipements comprennent: la connexion Wi-Fi par satellite Hughes Net gratuite, un téléphone fixe, un bain à remous apaisant pour 4 personnes sur la grande terrasse surplombant le ruisseau, une table de billard de 8 pieds, une table de ping-pong, une table de baby-foot, 4 téléviseurs HD et deux lecteurs Blue Ray, un spacieux , cuisine entièrement équipée, une terrasse extérieure massive en bois dur qui comprend des chaises à bascule en cèdre et une table de pique-nique ronde, et un barbecue à gaz, des chaussures de cheval, des hamacs et des tables de pique-nique en plein air. Our trip to Hideaway at High Rock has to be the best stay I have ever had in the North Carolina Mountains. *The home has a wonderful kitchen that more than one person can work in. If you cook, there are plenty of pots, pans, baking sheets, and cooking utensils. (I am going to try to find the stove they have here) Do bring your own storage for leftovers. Unique drinking ware made a lovely addition at meal times. The kitchen has great storage options! Great dining table, which we played games at as well as I spent time painting. *The upstairs bedroom had a very nice selection of pillows for you to choose from to suit your pillow needs. (We have a hard time sleeping in a new place as we are very spoiled with an adjustable bed at home) This bed was very comfortable, and we enjoyed the theming as well as the weight of the bedding. Our adult daughter slept on the pull-out couch, which was comfortable.*We brought our dog, who had a wonderful time in the yard as well as the creek. We felt like we were in a secluded home and did not hear the neighbors.We will be booking again for next July!

Awesome to hear! So happy to hear you want to return! The cabin is certainly private, yet only 5 miles from downtown Black Mountain and has all the amenities and yard games and fire pit ( right on the creek ) and then some!

Location was amazing and the cabin was outstanding. Lots of games and hiking trail within the rental area. Also liked the dual thermostat for upstairs and downstairs bedrooms. Mike was very accommodating and responsive. Overall 10/10 and would recommend.

Late Spring family trip

My husband, two college aged sons, and I spent a week in this peaceful cabin. The location was perfect. The cabin is close enough to the town of Black Mountain to go out to a nice restaurant or shop but was secluded enough to have peaceful mountain cabin experience. I can’t wait to visit again.

Beautiful cabin!

We had such a great stay at the Hideaway. The beauty of its location - with a creek running right alongside the porch was epic! Great cabin, great location (remote and yet you can be in town in 5 minutes). Definitely would stay again! Thanks to Mike for his gracious hospitality!

I was looking for a cabin next to a creek, and this one fit! It was beautiful inside & outside.

This cabin was perfectly appointed inside & out. The layout was just want we needed, and having the creek right there was wonderful! We would definitely stay there again, as well as recommend the Roseman's properties to friends & family.

This home is definitely one of my favorites! Secluded, comfortable and clean. The roads to get to the house are a bit nerve wracking, particularly where some major washout occurred, but they’re working hard to fix them. We played ping pong and pool, enjoyed the fire pit, and saw so much wildlife, including a black bear we named Josh. Definitely will be returning!

Thank you for the review! AGAIN, to be completely clear, the roads are very safe and two wheel drive works fine! They are typical safe mountain roads and if you are not familiar with the mountains, then you will see it is not city roads with tons of traffic!!! The road construction area is only 300 feet long and is also very safe to drive through! You will not be disappointed in choosing to stay at Hideaway!

Relaxing time and vacation

This vacation rental is great and the owner is fantastic. I ran into to him on several occasions and had conversations on the area, things to do, and places to eat. If you want to get away and still be fairly close to a lot of cool things to do, this is the place!!! This was my second stay there and I will be back!

Black Mountain getaway

The home and grounds were beautiful. The home had everything we needed to enjoy cooking, ping-pong, hot tub, hiking and the fire. The road in was a little rough, but overall a great spot. The town of Black Mountain was super cute and convenient.

Happy to hear you enjoyed your stay at Hideaway and were able to enjoy all the amenities that the home has to offer. Free firewood is provided for the indoor fireplace as well as the outdoor fire pit, just next to the creek. The home is in the mountains ( not located in the city ) and the roads that lead to the home are safe and typical gravel roads We hope you can make it back soon!

Awesome getaway

This cabin was great! My husband and I came for our anniversary and it was a great getaway. The creek and entire property is so relaxing and it was easy to drive into Asheville to visit the breweries. We are planning to come back with our son sometime in the future - the property seemed very kid friendly and like a great adventure for a little one!

Amazing Cabins and Amazing People

The property is amazing. Our stay happened to be during a natural disaster. The hosts Mike and Beverly did everything they could to ensure we were comfortable and safe at the expense of their own comfort.

Amazing stay at Hideaway!

Our family of four stayed at Hideway over Thanksgiving break. The cabin was beautiful and so was the surrounding property! My girls enjoyed the stream and the outside fire pit so much. The cabin was so comfortable and well stocked. We couldn’t wait to get back to the cabin to relax after a long day exploring Black Mountain and the surrounding areas. We cant wait to come back again!

Creekside Beauty

This property is new, clean and as advertised. It offered everything we needed and was secluded and very quiet. The creek was very calming and our dog Jake loved it after a long day of hiking. It is situated in a convenient location to nearby attractions. Would highly recommend this property.
