A propane grill and tank are provided, and we refill the tank periodically. However, if a guest encounters the propane tank empty and wants to use the grill, the guest will have to refill or exchange it at Circle K or Walmart, and we will reimburse it. We personally like to go here and the cost of an exchange tank is about $14. Firewood for the firepit falls under the same guidelines.
