The main highlights of the 6th-floor condo:

The SITTING AREA features a large sofa, a pair of armchairs, and a TV, plus floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that give access to the PRIVATE BALCONY. Step outside and relax on comfortable cushioned seating or enjoy your morning coffee at the table while gazing at the ocean.

The KITCHEN has all the necessary appliances, cookware, and dishware to prepare meals at home, plus lots of counter space for easy meal prep and a dishwasher for a quick clean-up.

The DINING TABLE can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests for sit-down meals and can serve as a laptop-friendly workspace if needed.

4 BEDROOMS and 3 BATHROOMS to accommodate up to 8 guests as such:
Bedroom 1: King bed, ensuite full bath with soaking tub, balcony access
Bedroom 2: King bed, balcony access
Bedroom 3: 1 King bed and 1 Queen bed, balcony access

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the apartment and all the condo's amenities, such us beach access, pool, snack bar, cinema, gym, spa, pickleball court and rec room.

Getting Around:
The Peninsula Nuevo Vallarta complex is APPROXIMATELY 13 km | 8 mi from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR). There’s free designated parking if you are arriving by car.

Other Things to Note:
As part of the condominium's sustainability measures 80kw are included daily on your stay. Please now that there is a charge of $6 MXN per KW extra.
Late check-in after 9 pm is available upon request for $500 MXN.
Your ETA & IDs (mandatory) should be sent to us within at least a week prior to your check-in date or upon booking confirmation.
Daily housekeeping is not included but can be requested at an additional charge. For stays of 7 nights or more, there is a mandatory weekly cleaning.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Please make sure you read all the properties rules. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

Interaction with Guests:
You will be received by the host, who will hand you the keys personally.
You’ll have complete privacy in the apartment during your stay. Should you need anything, please let us know. We’re available 7 days a week.
