Located in the heart of Burnet County, this property is nestled in the Texas Hill Country, surrounded by sparkling lakes and rugged hills. The area is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts, with nearby attractions such as Canyon of the Eagles, Inks Lake State Park, and Longhorn Cavern State Park. Enjoy easy access to boating, fishing, swimming, hiking, and biking, as well as local wineries and scenic trails, making it an ideal getaway for families, friends, or corporate retreats. The city of Burnet is easily accessible, with its intersection of highways 281 and 29 providing convenient travel options.

WILDLIFE WARNING
The area is home to a variety of wildlife and bugs, particularly midges, especially during the summertime. While they are largely harmless, they can be a nuisance in large swarms. This is a natural and seasonal occurrence, and while every effort is being made to minimize their presence—including regular check-ups and inspections from pest control services—it is ultimately part of the area’s natural ecosystem. Please keep windows and doors closed when possible and use insect repellent when spending extended time outdoors.

NOISE
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

ACCESSIBILITY
This home contains features that may be difficult for wheelchair-bound guests, including climbing stairs to navigate the property.

SAFETY NOTICE
This Wander is located close to the lake, which is directly accessible via the backyard. The height of the lake may vary depending on the rain levels. Please approach the lake with caution and supervise children at all times.

POOL HEATING
The pool is open for heating year-round at an additional fee of $150 per day. Please let us know at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.

PET POLICY
Our pet fee is $350/stay charged at check-out. The fee goes to the cleaner for the extra work required after a pet stays. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.

PRIVACY
The pool area is visible to neighboring homes, so full privacy cannot be guaranteed. Please keep this in mind when using outdoor spaces.

SECURITY
For security, there is a ring camera on the exterior of the front door inside this Wander. There are no other cameras inside your Wander home
