Whether you're gathering around the fire, relaxing in the hot tub, or enjoying the modern comforts of this beautifully designed home, this is mountain living at its finest. Perfect for peaceful gateways or adventure-filled escapes.

The rental is the entire bottom unit (1,600 sq ft) of this single family home and it was recently remodeled.

Bedroom 1: 1 King bed with in-suite full bathroom, TV and closet (sleeps 2). The closet has hangers, two baggage racks, a shoe rack, a dirty clothes bin and additional shelves for clothing storage.

Bedroom 2: 2 Queen beds, TV, closet, dresser, desk (sleeps 4). The closet has hangers, two baggage racks, a shoe rack, a dirty clothes bin and additional shelves for clothing storage. A second full bathroom is available in the main living area.

Living Room: Plenty of room and ample seating for 6 people, large TV and board games.

Dining Room: Seating for 6 people in dining table and additional 4 barstools.

Kitchenette: Full refrigerator, sink, microwave, double induction cooktop, toaster, countertop oven with air fryer, Keurig coffee maker, electric kettle and slow cooker.

Laundry: Washer and dryer, detergent, softener and dryer sheets. Mop and broom. Iron and ironing board.

Fast Internet: Download speeds up to 1 Gbps (1,000 Mbps) and upload speeds up to 150 Mbps. Ability to download large files in seconds, stream all your favorites.

Outdoors: Hot tub, two firepits (one gas, one wood), seating area around the hot tub and around firepits, outdoor dining table and weber gas grill.

We are in close proximity to the airport and top ski resorts:

- Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE), 1 mile or 4 minute drive

- Beaver Creek, 26 miles or 30 minute drive

- Vail, 35 miles or 37 minute drive

- Aspen, 69 miles or 83 minute drive

Guests are allowed access to the entire bottom floor of the home with its own entrance that is separate from the top level entrance.

The owners of the home live in the top unit.

The entry to the bottom unit is at the back of the home, there is path lighted towards the entrance of the bottom unit from the driveway.

This place was great. It was much bigger in person that it looked online. The temperature was perfect beds comfy kitchen was easy to cook in. I would 100% stay here again.

Wow! What a fantastic spot!! Great outside space where we enjoyed a lovely Colorado evening. Inside was beautiful- the host had thought of every little detail from a sound machine to ceiling fans and a well stocked kitchen. Comfortable and well appointed bedrooms. Loved our stay! This is a great property! Property is extremely neat, clean, quiet and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Hot tub is clean and in excellent condition. Location is convenient and easy to access airport, Eagle & Gypsum or the entire valley. We enjoyed our stay and visiting our old stomping grounds in Eagle/Gypsum.

We were so at home at Martha's immaculate VRBO! There were all kinds of nice touches: comfy beds in large bedrooms, wonderful views and jacuzzi, a great living room for lounging and a very nice studio kitchen and W/D. Host lives upstairs but it was absolutely quiet and private, with separate entrances, but she was immediately responsive when we needed a remote battery change or had a question! We had the entire back TWO stories of decks to ourselves (two couples here for my stepdaughter's wedding). It was perfect for lounging in the higher-end, comfy patio chaise and loungers, soaking, and having dinner and a glass of wine while watching the sunset. No AC I don't think (though heat) -but we went at a very temperate time and the place was lovely and cool. It is VERY conveniently located, across from the Eagle airport, six minutes from the big City Market, and apparently close to a Costco. It's about a half hour from Avon or Vail. If you want to do BIG cooking this might be a consideration as it's more a utlility kitchen- convection oven, night two burner stove top, no dishwasher (we were fine w all that, but I would not cook for a crowd there). Bathrooms were super clean and comfy too. A ground-floor apartment can be dark, but they did a great job putting in sliders and windows so there was enough light. We slept great! Highly recommend!

Best place and location!

Martha’s beautiful place was located 7 minutes from EGE airport and surrounded by a beautiful view of the mountains. Such a peaceful place! She was an amazing host and kept in great communication with us. I will definitely return back for a visit in the near future.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay for a long holiday weekend. The property was pristinely clean and modern, with every little attention to detail that did not go unnoticed. From the plethora of blankets, the nice teas/coffees, bathroom amenities, smart TV and board games, we felt spoiled. From someone that travels a lot for work to earn platinum hotel status, I definitely rate this property 5 stars! Thanks Martha for such a wonderful experience.

Great Getaway

Wonderful property and host. Spacious, well equipped, and elegantly finished full basement 2 bedroom apartment with all the trimmings. Conveniently located in a quiet and nice neighborhood near Eagle Airport, with easy access in and out. Only a short drive to Vail and great skiing. Highly recommend!! Thank you!

Our stay was perfect. The accommodations were very well appointed, clean and comfortable. The space was bigger than the pictures. There was a lot of attention to detail; the owners thought of everything. Martha checked in with us a couple of times to ensure we had everything we needed. She accommodated an early checked in and had excellent communication. We would definitely recommend. By the way Eagle Airport is less than a mile away but we never heard the planes. The hot tub was very relaxing and clean. Thank you for a fantastic stay.
