Amazing experience! Everything was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The home was a very clean the atmosphere and welcoming, and everything exceeded my expectations. I truly enjoyed my experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great time and clean space. I can’t wait to come back again!

The apartment was located close to many stores and Disney park, which was our main attraction. I was pleased with the cleanliness and fast communication. Will totally stay again.

The condo was adequate for our stay to have a place for our visit to Disney. (Two adults and three children stayed)Primary bathroom shower was stuck in up position making it hard to fill a bath for four yr old grandson. The toilet ran the entire time and made a very high pitched noise all day and night making sleep very difficult. Reached out to the owner and she responded quickly but did not resolve the issue. Said all we needed to do was press down to release the water. That would have been great but it was STUCK IN THE UP POSITION as I explained to her! And nothing was done for the running toilet. It’s a shame bc I would like to have given this a higher star rating but want to save the next guest some hassle. Hopefully the owner resolves the issues soon. Overall, we love staying at Bahama Bay Resort and have stayed four times in various condos there. This is the first time we have had issues with any of them.

We’re sorry about the issues with the shower and the running toilet. We do want to clarify that when you contacted us, we responded promptly and attempted to assist based on the information available to us at the time. Unfortunately, the issue with the shower being stuck and the running toilet required further maintenance that could not be resolved during your stay, and we sincerely regret the inconvenience this caused, especially with the noise at night. We take these reports seriously and have shared the concerns with our maintenance team so they can be properly addressed and prevent the same inconvenience for future guests. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we hope you will give us the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.

Great condo in a resort setting!

We absolutely loved this place! The condo itself was roomy, cozy, and clean with everything we needed for our stay. Great communication and easy check-in and check-out. The property has a ton to do including a park for our little one, two pools and a restaurant that make it so convenient. We played some shuffleboard and it also has tennis, pickleball, and basketball. I would highly recommend this place and we’re already considering booking it again in the future!

Great place! We just had a quick overnight stay when we decided to come down early for a Disney trip, but would definitely stay longer! Unit was clean and comfortable, directions were great, and the community was very peaceful and relaxing. The host communication was wonderful!
