Sleeping arrangements
The home offers 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, including 2 primary ensuites. The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and attached bathroom. A second bedroom has a full and a twin bed with the bathroom just steps away. The third bedroom also has a full and a twin bed. The fourth and fifth bedrooms each include 2 full beds, providing ample space for larger groups. With 9 beds in total, the home accommodates up to 12 guests.

Outdoor living
Step into the fully fenced backyard where you’ll find a private (optional heated) pool, available all year. A grassy area offers room for yoga or play, while sun loungers invite you to relax under the Arizona sky. The outdoor dining table and BBQ grill make it easy to enjoy meals outside, and the neighborhood’s mountain views create a scenic backdrop.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is well equipped for home cooking with a stainless steel gas stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. A drip coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, and wine glasses are also provided. Cooking basics such as oil, salt, and pepper are included, along with cookware, dinnerware, and outdoor-friendly dishware. Share meals around the dining table or take them out to the backyard dining area.

Entertainment & family features
Inside, an open floor plan makes gathering easy, with TVs in the living room and two bedrooms. Each TV is screencast capable and comes with YouTube TV for live channels. Board games, books, and children’s dinnerware are available, and families will appreciate a pack ’n play, high chair with tray, and room-darkening shades for restful naps.

Comfort & essentials
The home is single level with no stairs. You’ll find in-unit laundry with a washer and dryer, central air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, and extra pillows and blankets. Essentials like towels, soap, and toilet paper are included. A dedicated workspace and Wi-Fi are provided for remote work or planning your next outing.

Safety & access
The property has exterior security cameras at the front entrance and noise sensors inside and outside that measure decibel levels without recording. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit add peace of mind. Parking is available with two spaces in the driveway and additional free street parking. Entry is simple with keypad self check-in.
