Spacious 7-bedroom house with pool and hot tub in Casa de Campo

Bring the whole family to the exclusive resort of Casa de Campo in La Romana. Numerous activities include beaches, multiple pools, a spa, world class golf courses (including Teeth of the Dog, Dye Fore, and the Links - all designed by Pete Dye), a beautiful tennis complex, excellent restaurants, a marina, Altos de Chavon, skeet shooting, horseback riding, soccer fields, and many more attractions.

This new, spacious tropical house has an excellent location inside the resort with 7 bedrooms (each with a full bath) and a maximum capacity of 14 people. Outdoor amenities include pool, hot tub, and outdoor gazebo. Every bedroom has a TV. Four bedrooms are located on the first floor, and three are on the second.

Listing includes three full time staff (a cook, butler, and gardener) and house manager to make your stay memorable and fun! Our excellent cook will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner when needed (the renter pays for the groceries) and make snacks and drinks. The butler will serve food/drinks, clean up, and do your laundry! The house manager (fluent in English and Spanish) will help with any special requests or issues. His name and contact information will be shared after booking is complete.

Villa staff work from 7:30am to 4:00pm, but they can stay later for an additional cost payable directly to them (inquire for details).

We also offer the grocery shopping service before your arrival (cost of food plus $25 fee).

All bedrooms are cooled by mini-split AC units. These differ from central cooling units in the US and other countries in that they only take a few minutes to cool down the room. Please turn the units off when you leave your room during the day. If the units are left on by mistake, the house staff is trained to turn them off while they are cleaning the house.

There is a semi-circle driveway with a carport and side parking where you can park any vehicles. Electric golf carts should be parked under the carport as that is where the electrical outlet is located.

The cook and butler speak little English, but our house manager can help with anything you might need. It is recommended that you tip the cook and butler $20-$30 / day each depending on the size of your group and the amount of cooking and cleaning being done.

General Resort Information:

Before arrival, you will need to send your passport information for all guests in your party as well as a photo of the identification for your taxi driver and vehicle plate number (unless you choose to use my recommended driver Freddie). This information is required to arrange resort access. If you choose to leave the resort for an excursion during your stay, make sure to bring your passport with you as it is required for re-entry.

Upon arrival at the resort, you will be required to register at the reception at the front gate. We will pre-register your party with your passport info and will forward you the email that provides your access confirmation. Upon registering, the resort does charge a daily resort fee that will give you access to all hotel facilities except for the fitness center:
• Adults over 12 years old: US$ 25 per person per night
• Kids from 4-12 years old: US$ 12 per person per night
• Kids below 4 years old: FREE
