This spacious condo has a wonderful split floor plan. The Master Suite is on the water facing end of the condo and features a comfy King bed, master bathroom, flat screen TV, walk out sliders to a large lanai and great closet space.

The 2nd and 3rd bedroom are at the opposite end of the condo and share a bathroom. The spacious second bedroom features a Queen bed, bathroom, flat screen TV, and walk in closet. The 3rd bedroom supports a work remote lifestyle with good workspace, 55" flat screen TV and Queen Sofa Sleeper. The split floor plan is great for guests, providing privacy and sound resistance from the Master Bedroom.

Full size washer and dryer in the utility room with drying rack. Condo is stocked with beach cart with 4 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, cooler and beach towels. One assigned under cover parking space, and uncovered guest parking. Great Wi-Fi, 4 wall mounted flat screen TVs throughout the condo.
