Ce condo de 2 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bains est capable d’offrir une belle configuration spacieuse pour votre prochaine escapade de détente sur une île, sans avoir à traiter avec ces prix en bord de mer! Mission Plaza se trouve à seulement trois ou quatre rues au nord de Seaview et propose de nombreux restaurants gastronomiques, un cinéma, un magasin de crème glacée et des magasins! De l'autre côté de la rue, admirez le magnifique coucher de soleil de Marco Island depuis le Sunset Grille situé à Apollo.

Anniversary get away

Easy checkin/checkout Did have to register again on property for parking. Very comfortable with one exception, the primary bed was so soft that my wife ended up on the couch to save her back the last few days of the trip. If that is replaced it definitely enhance a stay.

Lovely roomy 2 Bdrm condo, well furnished. Close to beach and anything else you would like to do in the area. Nice heated pool and elevator. Harborview Realty was responsive to questions. Kayak fishing with a rental from Florida Adventures was so convenient. This condo is only a half mile from Caxambas Marina. Also close to many good restaurants. We especially loved Sami's!

You could watch all the activity of people heading to residents beech and walking up and down the street. You could also see the ocean between the building.The access to resident beach was perfect. You could see all the cars lined up to try to get into the public parking across the street and we just walked over. The condo was in great condition. Plenty of beach chairs and even fishing poles. Pool was wonderful and met a lot of very nice people.

We thought that we had read that there would be a beach buggy available but there was none when we stayed. We also had read that a hairdryer would be supplied, this was quickly remedied when i called about its omission. Everything was very clean & in good condition. However, we found the beige sofas to be very musty smelling. We ended up covering them in sheets to sit on. Also, a broom & dustpan would have been very beneficial. A beach vacation always attracts sand, & while we loved the tiled floors & lanai, we would have liked to have given it a sweep every now & then!A great vacation rental for a family of 4.

Great Customer Service - When help was needed

Quick walk to the beach for beautiful sunsets and morning walks.The air conditioner had a mechanical problem and stopped cooling the condo. Harborview Rentals provided excellent customer service. They answer the phone with helpful customer service people and the property manager was very responsive and we were taken care of within hours. We recommend this unit and any property managed by Harborview Rentals.
