Prime Location I 2 Bed Setup Directly Across Street From South Beach Access

Take advantage of the location here are the beautiful Seaview complex! The building is located directly across the street from 1 of only 4 public beach access points on the entire island. This 2 bed 2 bath condo is able to offer a nice spacious setup for your next relaxing island getaway, without having to deal with those beachfront prices!

King bed added in the master July of 2022 as well as a queen and twin bed setup in the 2nd bathroom. Flat screen tvs in the living room and master bedroom. Other upgrades and added features are an espresso machine and also safe for guests to keep their valuables in.

Just 3 to 4 blocks north of Seaview is Mission Plaza, offering numerous fine dining restaurants, movie theater, ice cream shop, and shops! Directly across the street take in a beautiful Marco Island sunset from the Sunset Grille located at the Apollo.

Voted America's most desirable island destination, Marco Island is the largest of Florida's Ten Thousand Islands, located on the Gulf of Mexico in Southwest Florida. It has been described as Magical, Mystical and Alluring. The attraction is tropical sun-washed white beaches and a casual easy paced life style. Sunshine, frolicking dolphins, and all of the water and sun sports that go with the beaches are available for your pleasure.

***4/18/2025 - The building association has notified us of new asphalt for the parking lot. This work is scheduled to start on Tuesday June 3rd at 9:00am. The parking lot will not be accessible for approximately one week, weather permitting. We have made arrangements with the Marisol condominium next door to allow renters or guests to park there. As we get closer to the start date more information regarding what you need to do to use their parking lot.

Seaview was a quite and clean area of Marco Island. The convenient proximity to the beach was a huge plus!

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was very convenient to the beach and beach access. Property was clean and well stocked with everything you would need. The property management company communicated well and gave us contact information for their office if we needed it (which we did not need). The big negative for us was the mattresses seemed to be very inexpensive and were extremely uncomfortable (soft/sagged/no back support). Both my wife and I would wake up with back pain after a few hours of sleep. We traded beds with the kids and those weren’t much better. Even the kids complained about the mattresses which made for a long week as everyone was sleeping poorly. We are low maintenance people and don’t complain buthave stayed at many VRBO/AirBNB properties but never with this bad of mattresses. This would be a wonderful property with upgraded beds and some attention to small maintenance items (glass shower door was out of square and wouldn’t close and the screen doors was bent and also wouldn’t shut). We would stay at this location again but not at this property unless we could confirm better mattresses were in place.

No need to fight for a parking spot in the public parking lots, come and go as you please to and from the beach. The condo is quiet and relaxing, with a pool that is away from the traffic on Collier Street. Every amenity imaginable is included, with a nice beach wagon, beach chairs, towels, coolers, toys, and umbrella for the beach as well. The property is clean and well-maintained and I would recommend this place to couple, two couples, or a small family. Harborview rental even went above and beyond the call of duty and helped us print documents for business back home. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great Condo for our first trip to Marco

We usually go to Sanibel for the shelling, but with the damage from Ian we didn't want to take a chance. Marco was perfect for us and might actually take over our #1 spot.Most of these units have two twin beds in the second bedroom, but this one has a queen and a twin which is what we needed.The location is great. We could walk right out the lanai and in a few minutes we were on the beach, in the water, and looking for shells.The electronic lock is a great addition so we didn't have to haul around an extra key when we went to the beach.The kitchen has nearly everything we needed for all of our meals. There were beach towels, beach toys, boogie boards, fishing rod, and a beach wagon which made it great for our boys.We couldn't have asked for a better stay.
