Pool Heat

Pool heating is available for $65 per day. Please notify the property manager prior to arrival if you would like to add this service.


Policies and Requirements

• Primary renter must be 25 years or older
• No parties or events without prior approval
• No smoking inside the property
• Please remove all evidence of smoking outside
• City noise ordinance begins at 10:00 PM; music must be lowered and voices kept at a respectful level

Parking

• No street parking
• No boat trailers, campers, or motor homes
• Maximum of four vehicles in driveway

Pet Policy

• One dog allowed, maximum 40 lbs
• $200 non-refundable pet fee
• Housebroken dogs only
• Puppies must be crated unless outside
• $350 additional fee if excessive shedding or accidents are not cleaned
• Dogs are not permitted in the pool, on furniture or bedding, or on Okaloosa County beaches
• Guests are fully responsible for any pet-related damages

Startup Amenities

A starter kit is provided for your first day and includes:

• Trash can liners
• Dishwashing soap and dishwasher detergent
• Hand soaps, shampoo, and two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
• One roll of paper towels

Security

For guest safety, a Ring camera is installed at the front door.

Snowbird rates are available upon request.
