With normal and responsible use they should not exceed it (You can turn on the air conditioners when you are at home, if you go out turn them off and do not use them with doors and windows open)

Getting Around:

Villa Luna Eclipse offers easy access to Isla Mujeres. To get here, you can take a taxi or a bus from the Cancun Airport to the Isla Mujeres ferry terminal. Once on the island, taxis and golf carts are the most common ways to get around.



Please note that the apartment does not have private parking, but street parking is available. The ferry ride from Cancun to Isla Mujeres takes approximately 20 minutes, and the property is just a few minutes' walk from the beach.



Other Things to Note:

Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the identification of each of the guests who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain a harmonious coexistence with the neighbors and comply with the building's rules.



It is likely that you will encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs, and other small animals during your stay (geckos, spiders, scorpions). We ask you to respect them; we take great care of the environment and we are the ones who are invading their habitat. To help avoid this, we recommend not leaving open food outside.



Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and another after your departure. Additionally, we provide basic welcome amenities, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you desire additional cleaning or replenishment of amenities during your stay, we can gladly assist you for an extra cost.



For the proper functioning of the air conditioning, we ask you to keep doors and windows closed while it is on and not to adjust the temperature below 21°C, as this could affect its operation during your stay.
