La chambre principale et le salon offrent une vue imprenable sur la mer des Caraïbes et son incroyable gamme de couleurs du balcon.
Depuis le balcon de la deuxième chambre, vous pouvez profiter d'une vue inoubliable sur le coucher du soleil.
Récemment rénovée, cette propriété vous fera ne jamais vouloir rentrer chez vous.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour ceux qui souhaitent cuisiner leurs propres repas ou prendre un café le matin.

La propriété est équipée de Wifi dans tout le condo, de meubles neufs, d'appareils modernes, d'un système de sécurité complet, d'un parking souterrain accessible par un ascenseur devant votre porte, de la climatisation et de superbes douches. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin sous un même toit!

La chambre principale comprend un lit king-size et un jacuzzi. Si vous êtes un lève-tôt, vous pouvez voir le lever du soleil depuis le balcon de la chambre principale.

Johann’s place is the perfect getaway. Clean and comfortable with fantastic Caribbean view, 3 pools, and a restaurant and bar in the building. I highly recommend considering this place as an option on the island.

Isla Paradise

This was our 5th or 6th visit to Isla. Was by far the easiest to check in. Centrally located it was the perfect place for us!!! I look forward to our next visit and stay at Isla 33. Our host Johan was there for all our needs.

This was my first time to Isla Mujeres and I am so glad I stayed at Johanns place! The apartment was walking distance to many cafes and local restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable and clean with great amenities. We had a great time, and when we return, will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful Beachfront Condo

Waking up to ocean breeze, watching the sunset on the rooftop deck all of this is possible when you rent this condo! The owner Johann was very plesant to work with and went above and beyond to accommodate us.

Amazing trip

Condo was amazing and the view of the ocean was beautiful! Wish the air conditioning in Master room worked a little better. Seemed warm in there the whole trip. But definitely would recommend condo to friends and family!

Excellent Lodging & Host

We had stayed at this property in the past. (But in another unit). The apartment met all of our expectations: it was spacious, clean, well-furnished & an excellent kitchen. Our host, Johan, was most accommodating & very personable. We all agreed that if we return to Isla Mujeres, we will stay here again.
