Ce condo de 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain très recherché et joliment décoré situé à Farmington Vistas, qui est une petite sous-communauté de The Plantation Golf & Country Club.

Propriété récemment meublée, parfaite pour des vacances ou des affaires prolongées. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin est fourni, des ustensiles de cuisine à la planche à repasser, etc., apportez simplement votre valise.

La chambre principale a un lit King, des lavabos pour elle et lui, un grand dressing et une terrasse hors maître. La chambre a des lits jumeaux. Les photos disent tout.

À quelques minutes de plusieurs plages fantastiques, de boutiques et de restaurants fabuleux. Profitez de votre cocktail du soir ou de votre café du matin depuis la véranda avec une vue spectaculaire surplombant l'un des meilleurs golfs grossiers de Floride, tout en profitant des couchers de soleil les plus incroyables que vous ayez jamais vus. Le condo a été récemment repeint et meublé avec des meubles modernes et confortables.

Le salon est doté d'un canapé inclinable en cuir et d'une télévision connectée à écran plat de 60 ". Si vous avez envie de manger, la cuisine est bien équipée et a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour faire une collation pour cuisiner un repas gastronomique.

Ceci est un condo au deuxième étage qui offre une meilleure vue depuis le balcon. Il y a un ascenseur si les escaliers sont un problème.

Great condo

The condo was clean and very quiet. The condo complex was also well maintained and we felt safe staying there. Close to a Publix, Target and restaurants. Kitchen stocked well and we would definitely stay there again. Jeff a great host, was available to answer any questions before and also during our stay.

In town for a baseball tournament

The condo was perfect. It was close to the baseball fields and close to restaurants and grocery stores. The condo was clean and the neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet.

Lovely view of the golf course

This condo is very clean with very comfortable furnishings. Jeff also was kind enough to leave all necessary laundry & dish soaps, as well as basic cooking supplies, such as salt & pepper, sugar, olive oil etc. We very much enjoyed staying here.

Loved it!!

New kitchen appliances are very nice! Checking in was a breeze, especially with the keypad entry system. We love the area because it's so convenient to the beaches, restaurants, and shops. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming..

Loved Golf Course View

Beautiful view of Bobcat golf course. Clean and comfortable living space. On 2nd floor and really liked having the elevator for when I had groceries. Also had cable TV which was great! We would definitely stay again.

Great views over Bobcat golf course

Easy to find and easy entry after long day travelling. Condo just as described with everything we need for our stay. No noise from neighbouring condos. Very close to the pool where we found everyone very friendly. Pool area exceptionally clean and well looked after. Water was warm. We also enjoyed walking/cycling in the neighbourhood. Grocery stores a short drive away and lots of restaurants close by. Venice Avenue worth a visit. Jeff was vey good at responding quickly to any questions we asked.

Perfect get-a-way

We were very pleased with this condo and the communication from Jeff. The condo was extremely clean and well decorated. It was a perfect size for our needs. The pool is very nice and right across the street from the condo. Having covered parking was a great perk, also. It was very enjoyable to sit on the screened porch and watch the wildlife and golfers. Shopping, restaurants, and beaches were nearby. We would highly recommend this property.

Great vacation in Venice

One month in a fantastic condo at Plantation Golf and Country Club. Everything we needed was in the condo. We had a beautiful view on the golf and we were just a few minutes to the gulf beaches. Shopping was real easy Walmart, Publix and now a new Costco only 8 minutes from the condo in North Port. Chairs, umbrellas, noodles even a bike are on the premises. Thank you very much Kim and Jeff. We will be back for sure!

Blown out by Hurricane Milton!

Unfortunately, we only got a partial stay until we had to evacuate due to Hurricane Milton. It was really unfortunate because we stayed here last year when the weather was cooperative and we loved the condo and the surrounding beaches and area. What a bummer...

A very well appointed, tranquil retreat, ideal to relax and watch the golfers as the sun goes down!

A lovely apartment, quiet, easterly facing, ideal place to relax sitting out watching the Plantation golfers finish the 5th and play the par-3 6th as the sun goes down! Inside the lounge area has a homely feel to it where you can recline on the comfy sofa watching your favourite programmes on the great wide screen TV. The swimming pool area was very pleasant and just a short walk from the front door, whilst the local stores are just a couple of minutes drive away. The owner was genuinely more than happy to help and answer any questions we had, all contributing to a most enjoyable stress free holiday!

Great location in south Venice

Nice golf course view and the Sand Hill cranes were entertaining. Great location for exploring the area ….Manasota Beach, downtown Venice, Shamrock Park, Casey Key, tons of restaurants (including outdoor dining and bars), and the Braves training stadium with a restaurant/bar that is open daily. About a 35 min drive to Siesta Key Beach and lots to do in Sarasota. The condo was stocked with towels, kitchen supplies and basic needs. Easy in/out with door code. With a little upkeep this condo could be a 5 star. We enjoyed our stay.

Great condo, great location, great owner

This condo was extremely nice. It was really clean and furnished stylishly and comfortably. The master bedroom was spacious with a giant walk-in closet. Second bedroom also a good size. The location was excellent, close to beaches and shopping. We did not golf but the golf course was beautiful. The pool was wonderful, especially because comfortable chairs and umbrellas were provided. The complex was quiet and very well maintained. The owner was very friendly and responsive. He called to make sure everything was to our liking. He was also flexible with my check out time which I appreciated very much. I would definitely stay here again.

5 stars!

The unit is very clean and comfortable, the furnishings are delightful, and the view is beautiful. We slept in the king bed; it was wonderful (I'm a stickler about comfortable beds, pillows, and linens). The pool - just a short walk away - was VERY NICE. Everyone we encountered was mindful of the Covid safe issues, and we felt extremely comfortable. The ONLY glitch was at check-in when the door code failed to work. However, the owner was very responsive and remedied the situation. He also followed up with us to ensure our stay was as we expected. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Stay

The unit is very comfortable, with a large living room, a lanai, a dining area, master bedroom with a huge walk-in closet, and a second bedroom. It was clean and well-stocked when we arrived. We did quite a bit of meal preparation at the unit and had no problem. The unit has a carport and storage area with beach toys, chairs, etc. The unit is located near a shopping center with a Publix grocery store, several restaurants, and a gas station. There is a pool in the complex which is available for use. Although we never had to contact Jeff about anything, he was always available. We would definitely stay here again.

They are both realtors and are very familiar with Venice and the surrounding areas.
