The home is centrally located within a 10 minute drive to Katherine’s Landing for boating at Lake Mohave, a 5 minute drive to Laughlin’s Casinos for fun night of gambling, night life, and restaurants. Additionally, Sam’s club, supermarkets, and great local restaurants are a 5 minute drive. The spacious property can easily secure many vehicles and a boat. The home’s open concept makes it for a family to enjoy time together.
The space
The home is set up to be comfortable with your family and friends when relaxing from a day In the water or from the casinos.

The Living Room
Large open concept room to relax and watch TV while sitting on comfortable couches. The two couches are queen size pull out beds for guest.

The Master Bedroom
A comfortable Queen size bed with a Smart TV over a dresser. The room has a massive walk in closet to hang clothing and store luggage. The room additionally has an oversized walk in shower that features a rain shower head. Along with his and her sinks with private lit up mirrors, the master bathroom has a separate built in vanity with lit up mirror.

Queen Bedroom #1
A Queen size bed with closet and dresser under a Smart TV. The room has its own full bathroom.

Queen Bedroom #2
A Queen size bed with closet and dresser under a Smart TV. Directly outside of the room is a full bathroom.

The Kitchen
Featuring a full granite island with seating for three. The kitchen is equipped with tall the basic utensils, pots, and pans to prepare gourmet meals. Dinning sets for 10. A Keruig coffee station for drip or K-cups with complementary coffee. There are spices and oil for your cooking needs. Dish soap, dish washer pods, and basic cleaning supplies are provided. An outside BBQ with propane and cooking utensils is available for your BBQing needs

The Backyard
After a long day, enjoy the feeling a therapeutic jacuzzi. You can also sit and enjoy dinner or conversation around an outdoor dinner table for 6 with additional chairs.

Laundry Room
We have a washer and dryer in the house that is free for you to use. Laundry detergents and drying sheet are provided.

The Garage
The very large garage fits two vehicles along with a boat or an additional car. Directly next to the garage is a gate where an additional car can be parked.
Guest access
Smart Locks with codes which will be provided upon booking.
Other things to note
No smoking of any kind is allowed within the home. An Extra $500 cleaning fee will be charged if cigarettes Buts are found within the home or the house smells like smoke.
