Welcome to your Sunny Stays Getaway! This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house offers everything you need for a memorable stay. Dive into relaxation with a private pool and enjoy the great outdoor space, perfect for family gatherings.

With 3 cozy bedrooms including a king bed, queen bed, and bunk bed “queen & twin xl”, guests will have plenty of space to relax. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, AC, and a washing machine during your stay. The 2 bathrooms offer both a shower and bathtub for your comfort. A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.

Guests will have full access to parking on the driveway and all other amazing amenities both indoor and outdoor. The only access exceptions are the garage and storage closets. The home is monitored in the front yard and entry doorbell with Ring Cameras.

The house was very clean and spacious for the two of us. The location wasn't bad - a little far from most of the attractions in downtown Mesa - in the middle of a good residential area.

Fantastic Stay in Mesa, AZWe had a great experience at this property. The host provided clear, detailed instructions that made check‑in and check‑out incredibly easy. The listing was accurate. It was easily accessible to many different places (grocery, shopping, activities, etc). It met our needs and was comfortable. The beds were actually sleepable! Check in and check out were a breeze. Thank you!

Cozy & clean

This home had everything we needed for a girls weekend trip. Super clean, comfortable beds, soft bath towels and good coffee provided! The pool (beach towels provided) was an added bonus as we were able to use it to fill in down time and watch to the birds who seem to love this backyard. The location was great too — about 20-25 minutes from any excursions or hiking we chose and 20 minutes to Old Town for lunches and dinners. Joe was great to work with! A big thumbs up from us girls!

Nice get away

The house was as described online. Joseph was very responsive to any questions/inquiries we had. I would have liked some throw blankets to use when enjoying a movie with family. The backyard was very nice with various options to enjoy the outdoors at various times of the day.
