From the sun and beaches to the peaceful canals and friendly atmosphere, we're excited to share our home with guests, making your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. Whether you're coming for adventure or relaxation, we hope you love Florida as much as we do. This is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom waterfront oasis offering direct access to the Gulf. This home is perfect for families or just couples looking for a quiet, comfortable place to relax and enjoy SW Florida. A safe place for leisurely walks (strollers for the tiny folks too). We invite you to our fully furnished home, large living room, 3 bedrooms - 1 king bed with TV, 1 queen bed, and 1 bunk bed/full size, 2 bathrooms equipped with hair dryers, showers, and all the needed essentials so you will feel right at home. Enough bed space for 10 guests. The living room offers an additional space with a cozy sofa bed for extra comfort and a large screen TV. The abundance of patio doors, floods the interior with natural light, creating a welcoming atmosphere. This home is just minutes away from a plethora of activities: beaches, shopping, great food, water parks and golf courses. If you'd rather stay in, enjoy leisurely moments in the heated pool, unwind at the charming tiki bar on the lanai or bask in the sun on the lay back sun chairs or in the Adirondak chairs down at the tranquil dock by the water's edge. Our home has it at all for you with a peaceful Lanai with a TV and free Wi-Fi. There's plenty of seating right next to the heated pool with all the water toys. Help yourself to the use of the BBQ grill, 4 kayaks for a trip down the canal (use the jet ski launch to get them in and out of the water). There's fishing poles/gear as well to try your luck down at the dock. For boat enthusiasts, rent a pontoon from Paradise or Captain Manis boat rentals or bring your own pontoon and take advantage of our boat lift (max. weight of 7000 lbs.) or just tie it up to the dock. We have a place to park your jet ski if you'd like to bring it as well. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Cape Coral and our home has to offer.
