House is exactly as described! Great layout for a family with split bedroom design, plenty of room for everyone. House came fully stocked and even had all the extras like soft blankets in the closets, tans, usb chargers, and anything else you might need. Close proximity to beaches, parks, restaurants and grocery stores. Hosts are very accommodating and allowed early check in and offered late check out as well. Great place to stay in Cape Coral.

The house is set up for family’s with kids. The pool was awesome and all kinds of games to play. The host responded to our text messages right away. Would stay there again the next time we go down there

Whispering Pines was an amazing rental for our group of 11. Mary, our host was incredibly responsive and never once seemed bothered by our nuanced questions. She genuinely seemed to care about our experience and was very forthcoming with any and all information. The house itself was well stocked with extra blankets, anything kitchen related, towels, games for adults and littles, you name it, they had it available. The tvs in each bedroom, the living room and on the lanai were a great addition. One of the only bummers was the inconsistent temperature of the pool. We had a couple of days where the temperature was vastly different from our first two days which was a bit of a bummer as it was too cool for us to enjoy. That minor inconvenience didn’t impact our fun or appreciation for all of the other positives we experienced during our stay. All in all I would highly recommend this VRBO!

Had an amazing time in Florida and loved the location and amenities of this property. It was centrally located for everything that we were doing on our vacation and the property was immaculate and very cozy and comfortable. The host was very communicative and every need was met. The house was beautiful and spacious and was stocked very well with anything that you may need. We would definitely recommend to anyone that is in need of a home to stay in while traveling.

Splendid!

Owner was very easy to communicate with. Everything we could have ever needed was there at the home. Also when she saw we had small children she checked in with me to see if we wanted pool safety fence up, which was super and made me worry less about my littles. We even had a little visitor we adored early in the morning.. a small owl .. we willDefinitely be coming back to visit!

Wonderful Stay!

The house was the perfect place for our large group including 5 adults and 4 children! There was truly room for about 4 more people to have beds! Everything was perfect and Mary was so kind to allow us early check in since the house was ready! A great location between several local beaches with everything you need nearby!

Perfect Vacation Home!

Mary’s home was nothing short of spectacular. She was a great host and really thought of it all. The home was extremely clean and spacious. It was perfect for my family of 11 that stayed here. Short drive to restaurants and the pool was fantastic. The whispering palms made it feel like a resort. Highly recommend!

Best Vacation Home Yet!

This is a fantastic home for vacation! We were a party of 12 (8 adults, 4 year old, 2 year old, and 2 infants). The rooms were perfect for littles and the pool gate was much needed with our two year old's facination with the water!. The rooms were all fitted with comfortable beds and extra beds for the littles. They even stocked items for the babies so we didn't have to travel with strollers, and pack n plays. The entire property was VERY clean and had well stocked kitchen! The owners were prompt at responding and check out requests were very reasonable. Thank you for such a wonderful week. We had a wonderful family vacation with lots of great memories of our stay. Blessings!

Perfect Florida Getaway

This was one of the best places we have rented, both in Cape Coral and overall. Mary is the absolute best host. She really cares about the guests and their stay. The house is perfectly filled with everything you could need. The pool is clean and warm! We loved that there is a safety pool fence for our 18 month granddaughter. She loved the tricycle we pushed her around in!I really felt like I was communicating with a friend each time we exchanged notes! Mary even researched bike rentals for us as we decided whether to bring our own bikes!We would definately come back for another family vacation. Total relaxation!

Excellent Home in a Great Area

The property is VERY well kept and a lot of detail put in to making your stay a memorable one. The owner went above and beyond with communication and offered up a lot of helpful answers to our requests. The location was great and we had easy access to many amenities, stores and beaches. We slept 11 people very comfortably. I would rate this listing higher than the max of 5 stars on the cleanliness and communication. Enjoyed our stay and will be back again for sure.

Relax and rejuvenate

A beautiful home with many amenities to please. All 7 of us had a great time swimming in the beautiful pool as well. You will not be disappointed if you stay here. Hope to return one day.

Great house

This house has everything you need to enjoy your vacation without having to bring everything from home. Including beach towels, blankets, chairs, chairs umbrellas, and even bikes. I recommend this place from r any large group of 10 or less.

Family Getaway

We were a family of 8, ranging in age from 20 to 75. The house accommodated everyone comfortably. The kitchen and eating spaces were excellent. The outdoor space was very nice as well as private. The heated pool was very nice to have. Bbq worked great. Host was very nice, accommodating and communicative. We would stay there again.

Great For Our Needs!

Came to Ft Myers area for a nephew’s wedding. This house was immaculate & well-stocked. The Christmas tree was a nice touch. No problems, so no need to contact the host. Never had time to dip in the super clean, warm pool. Overall a great welcoming property!

We are a retired couple from Minnesota with 4 adult married children and 7 grandchildren. My parents always had a home in Cape Coral as my children grew up, so we wanted to continue that tradition with our grandchildren! Visits to my parents home in Florida was always a highlight for us all!

Our neighborhood is quiet and very friendly neighborhood. We love to walk to the stores or get ice-cream a few blocks away! We have a few ground owls that are fascinating to watch as well and a neighborhood favorite!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our home is very spacious with 4 bedroom and 3 bathrooms. "The Palms" (bedroom #1) has a huge walk-in shower & separate jetted tub. "Coral Reef" and "Sunset Waters" (Bedrooms 2 & 3) share a bathroom with large walk-in shower, bedroom #4 "Dancing Dolphins" has a full private bathroom with tub/shower that has a door exiting to the lanai and pool, convenient to shower before and after swimming in the pool. We have named our rooms and decorated them as the room has been named to add some fun to our home. We have a large family and have tried to think of everything to make our home accommodate them and all our guest that come to vacation at Whispering Palms!
