The Space:

Tucked away in Bend’s Skyliner Summit neighborhood within just a mile from the Galveston Corridor, Northwest Crossing, and Phil’s Trail, you can set out on your own personal expedition of the region right out your back door whether you’re in search of a new restaurant, a little retail therapy, or a hike immersed in the lush, native surroundings. Take your furry family along for the journey as well, a dog park located one minute from the home where they can stretch their paws and meet new friends.



After long days exploring, the home’s beautifully landscaped back yard and large cedar deck are perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation, catching up with loved ones on comfortable outdoor sofa seating or grilling up an authentic barbeque feast on the grill. As night falls, oak your tired muscles in the bubbling hot tub, enjoying a soothing glass of wine while you gaze up at the glittering sky, counting as many constellations as you can find.



If you find yourself wanting to venture further from the home, you’ll be within 2 miles to downtown Bend and the Old Mill District, featuring plentiful options for shopping and dining along the river. Mount Bachelor Ski Resort is a short 25-minute drive away, the largest ski resort in Oregon and a sought-after destination for snow enthusiasts from all over. The Wanoga Sno-Park is 20 minutes from the home, offering miles of skiing, snowshoeing, and walking trails. This area doesn’t just come alive in the winter months, however. Widgi Creek Golf Course is 10 minutes away offering challenging fairways for all skill levels surrounded by vibrant scenery.



The home’s warm and inviting interior is an ideal destination for spending your well-earned downtime, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out before coming back together in communal spaces designed to help you connect and unwind. Curl up on cozy living room sofa and armchair seating, streaming all your favorite entertainment on the smart TV while the gas fireplace creates an ideal ambiance in the cooler months. Up in the loft, a second living area awaits, the perfect spot for sneaking in an afternoon nap or watching your own favorite movie.



Back on the main level, the stylish kitchen is a chef’s delight, showcasing stainless steel appliances alongside smooth granite countertops and warm wood cabinetry stocked with all the comforts of home. Two unique dining areas each sit 6 for formal meals or family game nights, while the counter offers 2 high-top stools for quick bites or quiet moments with your morning coffee. Should work come calling, a dedicated office will help you lock in and catch up on your emails or take a private call before you fully disconnect and enjoy your vacation days.



This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms. A queen size air mattress in the loft closet adds an additional flexible sleeping option.



Bedroom #1 includes a twin size day bed, twin trundle, smart TV, deck access, and dedicated workspace.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and dedicated workspace.



Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower.



Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed and dedicated workspace.



The home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms, each with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Please note that AWD or 4WD is required during winter months.

• Driveway parking available for 4 vehicles with 2 additional spaces on the street (maximum of 5 days). RVs, trailers, campers or any recreational vehicles on a trailer may not be parked in driveway or street.

• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 pets, 60 lbs. or less allowed. A pet fee of $35, per pet, per night will be required in addition to your final booking costs. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet. Pets are not allowed on furniture and should not be left unattended in the home. If unavoidable, guests must kennel their pets.



Bend, Oregon is famous for its outdoor activities and beautiful scenery. You can enjoy art, dining at an award-winning restaurant, spa treatments, or take part in the Bend Ale Trail, which is the largest beer trail in the West. Bend is also great for family-friendly activities like boating on Cascade Lakes or watching raptors at the High Desert Museum.



West of Bend are the lakes and peaks of the Cascade Mountains, with ski resorts and multi-use trails. In town, a trail leads up Pilot Butte, an extinct volcano. South, the High Desert Museum showcases the local environment, with history and live wildlife exhibits. In the Newberry National Volcanic Monument, stairs lead into the Lava River Cave, a huge lava tube.
