This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is in the heart of historic Arroyo Grande Village, one of the most desirable locations on the Central Coast. It's a lovely, tranquil getaway located just steps from the famous Swinging Footbridge over Arroyo Grande Creek, and Heritage Square Park with its bandstand and delightful kiddie playground. You're just minutes by foot from the Village's coffee houses, bakery, ice cream parlor, wonderful shops, wine tasting, and restaurants.
The Saturday Farmers Market is only a block away, and you're just 3 miles from Pismo Beach and 9 miles from Lopez Lake.The midcentury home is fully remodeled and refurnished with everything a couple or family needs for a vacation stay.
