First time in Dallas and it was a wonderful experience! Our unit was clean, beautiful and had everything we could nee. A nice balcony that over looked the pool and oh yes the pool was totally relaxing. If we are ever in Dallas again I would most definitely stay here! Highly recommended!

We had an excellent stay in Dallas! The house was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and incredibly cute with a lot of character. Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The home was well stocked, in a great location, and made us feel right at home. You can tell the hosts really care about the guest experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dallas!

My friend and I stayed here for a girls’ trip and this was the perfect spot. We specifically chose this rental because each bedroom has its own bathroom so the 2 of us had private suites plus a nice living area with big screen smart tv for our Real Housewives binge. There are some great restaurants close by and a super cute coffee shop on the same block. We asked the hosts for some information about the area before our trip and they responded quickly and provided some literature they had put together. It was chilly during our stay so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool but the balcony overlooks it and it was very nice and clean with plenty of seating. The apartment was also exceptionally clean and everything we needed was there. We especially appreciated the coffee bar setup. There was plenty of coffee and creamer and we never ran out. Thanks to the hosts for making this such a fun girls’ trip! We highly recommend this rental and would stay here again.

Wonderful place in a great location!!

This is a charming place in a great location. The host really took time to make sure they provided all the little things you need to make your stay smooth and enjoyable. You can get to pretty much any tourist spot quickly. I highly recommend this place.

Property was fine, updated and clean, problems were with the directions on entering. Instructions say park near door 3. Well it should say “Park near the door that says STAIR 3.” I received a code from the host that was not the correct code and the keypad locked us out. Hosts were responsive and after about 10 min we were able to get into the unit. My main gripe was the beds. I got maybe 4 hours of sleep all night. Like sleeping on concrete. Horribly bad. I ended up trying the couch and managed to get a few decent hours. But woke up for the early 10am checkout (not a fan of 4pm check in and 10am checkout kind of a rip off for 200 a night.) with a stiff neck throbbing back and sore shoulder. Hosts, for the love of god get rid of those stone slab mattresses and upgrade one of the bedrooms to a king size. Also I thought the unit stayed it had a pull out sofa bed but it didn’t appear to have a pull out. But I could have been mistaken. It was 1am and I was desperate for sleep after tossing and turning on the stone alter of a “bed”. The rest of the unit is fine. Clean and updated. Get better beds and a more detailed check in process and you got a great unit.

The space was clean and perfect for a short weekend getaway to Dallas. Location was great, not too busy and still easy to get to events and restaurants. Enjoyed the grill and pool area and it was nice to sit on patio overlooking the pool in the evening. Host was helpful with responses to any questions we had, and parking garage was a great perk. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

Maggie is a very responsive host! A little tricky finding fob for garage at night but otherwise straightforward directions! Excellent rooms!Very clean and safe property! Highly recommend!
