Le moyen idéal d'amener vos animaux de compagnie avec vous pendant vos vacances Disney / Universal! Profitez de la communauté calme et relaxante des lacs de Cumbrie, mais vous n'êtes qu'à 15 minutes de la porte principale de Disney et à 25 minutes des studios Universal!

Pour le joueur de piano pratiquant dans votre groupe, nous avons un piano droit dans le coin salon en bas. Pour les fêtes sans joueurs de piano, le piano est un piano de joueur avec divers rouleaux de musique inclus.

Ce plan d'étage ouvert, maison de 2 étages a une belle suite parentale à l'étage avec une immense salle de bain principale. Il y a deux chambres supplémentaires à l'étage, une avec un lit queen-size et l'autre avec 2 lits jumeaux. Ces deux chambres partagent une salle de bain complète à l'étage. En bas, il y a une chambre king-size avec une porte coulissante qui s'ouvre sur la piscine. Il y a une autre chambre en bas avec 2 lits jumeaux. Les deux chambres en bas partagent une salle de bain complète. Il y a un demi-bain supplémentaire sous les escaliers et un autre demi-bain à l'extérieur dans la piscine.

La cuisine entièrement équipée vous aidera à éviter de manger tous les jours pendant vos vacances. Il y a deux tables à l'intérieur, une pour 4 personnes et l'autre pour 6 personnes. Vaisselle et couverts sont inclus.

Le garage comprend une petite table de billard et un baby-foot.

La piscine et le spa disposent de nombreuses tables (pour 10 personnes) pour profiter des repas à l'extérieur et de 4 chaises longues pour se détendre les jours de congé des parcs. La piscine peut être chauffée pour un supplément de 20 $ / jour + taxes.

Great home base for family and pets for a week at Universal.

This was our second stay at this property. With 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, it is a great location for a large family or group.

We had an amazing stay at this spacious house. Every detail met our expectations and the owner was very quick in responding to all inquiries. The best part was the foot massager after a long day at the Disney parks. Would definitely recommend this property!

Great Location

Quick & easy communication with owner. The house was perfect, clean, and it had everything we needed & much more! It’s rare to find a house so well stocked! Nice, quiet neighborhood, good location, relaxing pool. Plenty of room to spread out, we were 5 adults & never felt like we were on top of each other. Would highly recommend!

Second time booking

This was our second time booking the property and wont be our last! Jason was super responsive from the time before booking and during our stay. We booked last minute and check in was a breeze, the house was clean and ready when we arrived. The house is the perfect distance to stores and restaurants. Universal was only a 20 minute drive. Will definitely book again!

Great stay

Our stay was great. The house is well set up for a family to stay the week. The kitchen has all the amenities needed to make any meal. The beds are very comfortable. Jason was a wonderful host and was very responsive, he answered all the questions we had and responded very quickly. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great vacation rental home

Stayed in this house for 9 nights in June. Owners are wonderful and always answered all questions and concerns quickly and were a pleasure to deal with. Quiet and safe neighborhood. House was wonderful, very clean, and as pictured. Easy drive to Disney parks. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Amusement parks vacation

Six members of my family traveled from Wisconsin to spend a week at amusement parks in Kissimmee. This house was a perfect base for us being half an hour from each of the parks.The house was clean and had everything we needed as far as kitchen utensils, towels, etc.It was very nice to come home after a long day and swim in the pool and soak in the hot tub

Very nice place and helpful owner

We enjoyed our week in Kissimmee at this property very much. We had a couple small issues when we arrived and the owner and maintenance person took care of it and communicated with us right away. I stayed with my family of five and small dog. The patio is really nice and we took full advantage of the heated pool and hot tub.

Family vacation

We had a lovely vacation staying at this home. It was the perfect space for our grown daughters, their spouses and our 4 grandchildren. The heated pool and hot tub was a bonus for all. We were able to attend the Medeival times dinner theatre which was only 5 minutes away. Aldis and Walmart were also in very close proximity to the property. (5 minute drive) Jason, was very accommodating with regard to any of our requests. A perfect post Christmas vacation!

The house had all that was promised and the neighborhood was also very nice. We enjoyed the pool and the themed rooms looked really nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!! Communication with owner was amazing!!! House was beautiful had rented a house and was told it was cancelled less then a week before our stay. Thrill seekers paradise

Comfortable and spacious house in a nice, gated and quiet area of Kissimmee. Access to the theme parks of Disney and Universal were very easy by car.The pool/jacuzzi area was inviting but spending long days in the parks, we unfortunately didn’t have time to take advantage of these facilities.The only disappointment was that unlike others properties where everything is included, there were extra costs for pool heating and breakage insurance. Otherwise a pleasant stay to end our vacation.

We (Jason & Robyn) live in Cheshire, CT. Robyn is originally from Island Pond, VT. We have been vacationing together in Florida for 15 years. We rented another house in the Cumbrian Lakes community in 2013, 2014, and 2016. We liked it so much that we've been looking for the perfect home in Cumbrian Lakes to purchase and we finally found it in late 2016! Now we want to share the great vacation experiences we had in Cumbrian Lakes with you!

What we loved about Cumbrian Lakes is that the community is very relaxing and quiet, yet it's only minutes away from anything you'd ever want on vacation! U.S. 192, which runs right through Kissimmee has plenty of restaurants and shopping from which to choose. We're also 5 minutes from the nearest Twistee Treats ice cream shop!! :-)

Based on our reviews and our own experiences renting vacation homes, I think what separates us is how well set up we are. Many guests have complimented on the kitchen utensils, pots/pans, and other accessories. And compared to other houses we have rented, we have to agree! We have a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig. We have a large crock pot. We have a air frier. We have two blenders. We also have various cookie sheets and cake pans, mixing bowls, electric frying pan, and many other gadgets you'll need to feel right at home. Within reason, if there is something missing, we will order on Amazon and it will usually arrive the next day, sometimes even same day if ordered early enough.
