Villa de luxe avec piscine plein sud et spa donnant sur la zone de conservation

Bienvenue dans notre belle maison en Floride dans la communauté fermée exclusive de Cumbrian Lakes. Il est situé dans une zone de conservation boisée paisible et agréable avec des lacs, des sentiers pédestres et une aire de jeux pour enfants. La route d'approche privée est bordée de palmiers illuminés la nuit. La villa est idéalement située pour toutes les principales attractions et est à environ 20 minutes des parcs à thème Disney, à 25 minutes de Sea World et à 30 minutes d'Universal Studios. Il se trouve à un peu plus de 5 minutes de l'autoroute 192 avec son large éventail de boutiques, restaurants et autres attractions. Le salon de la villa est dans un style décloisonné moderne intégrant le coin salon, la cuisine et le coin repas. La terrasse de la piscine étendue et bien meublée est idéale pour se détendre après une journée dans les parcs à thème.
Alternativement, l'ombre du Lanai avec ventilateur au plafond fournit l'endroit idéal pour manger, lire ou simplement somnoler et la nuit, l'éclairage sous-marin de la piscine et du spa crée un excellent arrière-plan pour la détente en soirée.

Thank you for your feedback. We were disappointed to receive a 6/10 rating, particularly as the villa has recently undergone substantial refurbishment and investment. The villa has had three completely new bathrooms installed as of a $50,000 refurbishment, the kitchen has been updated and redecorated. We therefore don't feel it is fair to suggest that the property has been neglected in terms of decorating. We appreciate your comments regarding the carpets. We are already planning to replace the carpets as part of our ongoing improvements to the villa. We work hard to maintain the property to a high standard and continually invest in improving the experience for our guests. We are sorry that the villa did not fully meet your personal expectations, but we hope future guests will appreciate the considerable investment and improvements that have been made.

House was exactly how it was advertised. We had a few minor issues at start ie. House alarm going off, AC stopping but all were fixed ASAP. Communication was easy and fast. Really could not have asked for a better experience and vacation. Would highly recommend!

Lovely, clean, well equipped villa with gorgeous pool area. All communications with host throughout process were responded to very quickly. If I had to find fault with anything, the mattress in the master bedroom is very very soft but this may suit others! Would happily recommend to others

Fabulous stay

Good location for us not far from shops and restaurants. The swimming pool was great in the early evenings after a long day in the heat of our adventures. Thanks for letting us stay we had a great time.

A beautiful vacation

It was a very nice villa definitely enough room for the boys and my friends .the boys really enjoyed the pool and i really enjoyed the jacuzzi we honestly relaxed and stayed by the pool played some games and watched movies very nice and clean thank you

Great vacation home

We had a great time on our vacation. It took about 30 minutes to get to Universal from this property with the traffic. The property was clean. We really enjoyed the use of the pool and hot tub. The location of the property was convenient and in a great neighborhood.

The house was just as the pictures, it was very clean and the bathrooms are lovely. The kitchen was well equiped. The BBQ was a bonus as hired ones are often not great it was clean and had gas so ready to use,we bought new gas and left it clean.we asked for the pool heat to be on the day before and it was. We found the deck a little overfull. The owner is very responsive and easy to communicate with.the home is in a lovely quiet gated area . The only thing that could be improved is the comfort of the beds , the master was ok but the others not so much. Also a few more towels. That said we still had a great stay.

Stayed for a cheer competition

Wonderful house with a great location to a lot of the resorts and restaurant's. The pool was a nice touch and really private. The neighborhood was quiet and had great curb appeal. My daughter and I enjoyed playing a round of pool and foosball.

Another relaxing stay

property is very comfortable, and private pool area is a plus. its off of the main highway (about 5 miles) for getting away from the busy area, but close enough to many restaurants and activity's including the theme parks which are about 20 minutes away. Pool Get Away

We loved the house, pool, privacy and the walking trails around the lake. We rented a bbq but there was no area to bbq that was within Florida laws.

Great Property, within 30 mins of most popular attractions.

We had a great stay at this property! It was clean and very nice inside. The screen of the lanai was ripped in several locations, but we didn't have any bug issues outside, so not a big deal. The mattress in the master bedroom was too soft for our taste, but that's highly personal so others may like it! Overall we really enjoyed the property and our stay there was exceptional! Martina was very pleasant and responsive, as was the property management company. Would definitely stay here again.

Cumbrian Lakes

Property was just as described. Clean, well maintained. Perfect for my family. Cooking appliances were a little outdated and worn. Beach/pool towels were well used. Hot tub was not used as there was no easy step for a senior to get out of. That was disappointing. We did enjoy our stay.
