The Space:

This home offers a unique reverse floor plan, with the living, dining, and kitchen areas on the top floor to maximize breathtaking ocean views. There are 3 external security cameras; the one at the front door is disabled and not working. There is one on the roof that faces the ocean and one on the side stairs that just videos the stairway.



Please note: The home next door is under construction, and you may periodically hear construction sounds during the daytime working hours.
