Modern studio loft styled home perfect for single, couple, or group trips. Large open living & kitchen area with a master suite with a full bathroom, half bath & laundry on the main level. Loft with family room & office space, 2nd story deck, plus 2 more bedrooms, infrared sauna, & a large bathroom on the second level. Very nice & private main level deck & fenced in patio area with a hot tub, outdoor dining, Blackstone griddle grill & a 50" tv off of the kitchen/dining/living area. Walking distance to Harmadon Park & a popular SF bar & grill. Approximately 7-13 minute drive or ride to downtown Sioux Falls and only minutes drive from Brandon, Harrisburg & Tea.

We were very pleased with our stay. The owner was very communicative, house was clean and had everything we needed. When we travel back to Sioux Falls we will be looking to see if there is availability here.

This was a very nice place to stay. Everything was clean and neat but there were all the things necessary to make meals and relax. Rooms were spacious although to me the main living space had too many tables which make you feel closed in.

Excellent relaxing home

This was the perfect place for our weekend getaway. We really enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. It's a quiet, clean, and safe neighborhood. Check in was easy and we would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a rejuvenating weekend!

Perfect for what we needed

The house is spacious and clean! The beds are comfortable. Plenty of things you need like towels, dishes, cookware, etc. We were traveling with our 2 dogs. The yard is great for this, unfortunately we were there during baby bunny season and our dogs couldn’t be out there. BUT the neighborhood is wonderful and safe so we just walked them instead! If we return to the area we would stay here again.

Girls Weekend Getaway

High school friends had a mini reunion with a quick getaway to Sioux Falls. The townhome was the perfect place to stay. This rental is in a central location and short drive to downtown and the park system. Enjoyed all of the amenities this placed offered. Corey was responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. Hope to return to Sioux Falls someday and would definitely stay here again.

Dance competition weekend

We stayed overnight for a dance competition and it was exactly what we needed! The location was perfect and the hot tub kept the kids and adults entertained for the down time!

Girls weekend

We stayed her for a weekend getaway with two friends! It was absolutely perfect as we were able to just hang out and make use of the hot tub! There is also a bar and grill nearby with excellent service/food! It was the best and Corey was so wonderful as he was able to respond back to questions we had right away! We will definitely be going back!

Great place!

Very nice property. Is a duplex but could not hear neighbors at all! Very clean and spacious. Hot tub was great.
