This is a spacious 2 1/2 car garage converted into a groovy mother-in-law suite. This unit is part of a triplex, but everything at the suite is privately yours. The only shared spaces are the driveway & outdoors.

This unit comfortably situates 2 people, however, the futon is quite comfortable for a kid or someone under 6 ft & willing to accommodate an extra person if needed- please just let us know!
