The magnificent view in this 3 bedroom and 3 bath condo is located directly on the Gulf in Florida! Fiddler on The Reef offers a 12th floor view of the white sand beaches, emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, longest fishing Pier right below the balcony on the Gulf of Mexico, and sun kissed sky views!
The Summerwind Inn East Resort is right on the beach!
This property includes luxurious mattresses, linens, and towels to provide the pampering you desire..
Parking available outdoors in the main parking area. MAXIMUM 2 CARS PER CONDO.
Your Master bedroom provides you with a relaxing retreat ! This room sleeps 2.
Your 2nd bedroom has two (2) full size beds. This room sleeps 2. This bedroom also includes a private, full bathroom.
Your 3rd bedroom has one (1) Queen Bed. This room sleeps 2.
There is a sleeper sofa (Queen size) which will sleep two (2) comfortably.
The large balcony provides spectacular views from east to west. Ideal location to view the sunrise in the morning and the magnificent sunset in the evenings!
For your convenience, we have installed an electronic keypad on the front door... you'll never have to worry about keys or cards to get into the unit.

Navarre Beach is the least crowded beach around and the longest pier on the gulf coast . There are four restaurants within walking distance. Across the bridge you will find multiple restaurants, major grocery and beverage stores. There are snorkeling reef's on the island to enjoy. Sea doo and pontoon boat rentals are also available in the area.
Navarre Beach is a family-friendly destination with amazing sugar soft white sand. It was voted one of the Top 10 beaches in North America. Recently voted the number one uncrowded beach in Florida!

Cancellation Policy: 100% (minus $100.00 fee) refund up to 60 days before arrival, 50% (minus $100.00 fee) refund up to 30 days before arrival.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT NOTICE: Please be aware 1 day prior to your check out date, your credit card will post a pending/hold damage deposit of $800. If no damage is present after departure, the hold will be lifted 5-7 business days after check out. If damage is present, your credit card hold will be charged accordingly. There are only a few rules that I need to share with you...
1) Please do not hang any clothes or towels on the balcony railings. 2) No Smoking/vaping in the condo or on the balcony. You must be at least 15 feet away from the building to smoke/vape. 3) No throwing anything over the balcony. *Overseeing property management will call Santa Rosa Sheriff and request immediate leave for throwing anything over balcony. 4) NO Pets of any kind. 5) No shipping items to the property address. 6) Check OUT is at 10AM on the day of your departure.
Parking Passes MUST BE PRINTED out and placed on the dashboard of your car PRIOR to arrival. The HOA has put strict rules in place that all vehicles in the parking lot must have parking passes displayed upon arrival. Failure to do so will result in towing.
There are 8 rubber bracelets, they must be worn when using the amenities. Please leave them upon your departure, the HOA charges us $25 for any non-returns.

The condo itself and Michelle were awesome. Couldn’t ask for better. The problem is the rules of the HOA and the enforcement. We had parking passes on our vehicles and still had violation notice on our vehicle. They give you 6 hours to fix the issue or get towed. If we didn’t have to go to the car for something, we would not have seen it.
