The home offers:
â A spacious living room for family and friends to enjoy ocean views, watch movies, play games, or simply spend time together.
â A fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking and baking needs.
â Two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main floor, including a primary bedroom with ocean views and a private en-suite bathroom.
TVs are included in all bedrooms.
â A spiral staircase leads to the second-floor loft with three beds, desks, a cozy den area, and a balcony overlooking the sea.
Please note: there are no bathrooms on the second floor.
â A wrap-around porch with ocean views and a grill, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the island breeze.
Guest Access & Important Notes
âGuests have access to the entire home. Two owner closets are locked.
âThe golf cart behind the house is not for guest use. Island Time Golf Cart Rentals or Harbourside Rentals are the best options for renting a cart during your stay.
âOne host lives in the U.S. and the other in the Bahamas. Youâre welcome to call us on WhatsApp, but for the most immediate response, please message through the platform. Weâre always happy to help.
Security Hold
A temporary pre-authorization hold may be placed on the card on file prior to arrival. This is not a charge and will only be captured in the event of damage, excessive cleaning, or rule violations. If no issues are found, the hold is automatically released by the guestâs bank after checkout.
What to Expect on the Island
â The home is next to a restaurant, which makes it convenient for coastal dining. On Friday and Saturday nights, some noise may carry to the house. Sound machines are provided for your comfort.
â Life in the Bahamas moves at a slower pace. Service times may be longer than youâre used to, and shops may occasionally have limited supplies since goods arrive by boat. Prices can also be higher than on the mainland.
â We provide a starter supply (approximately 4 days) of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Guests staying longer will need to purchase additional supplies.
â Electricity is very costly on the island. A two-week electric bill can be as high as $700. Please be mindful of usage by turning off lights and AC when not in use, and keeping doors and windows closed unless youâve turned off the AC to enjoy the breeze.
â Occasionally, island maintenance work can cause temporary water shutoffs during the day. Water is also turned off nightly from 12:00 AM to 5:00 AM.
Getting Around & Planning Ahead
â Food Fair grocery store is open 8:00 AMâ5:00 PM, MondayâSaturday.
â If you arrive on Sunday or after 5:00 PM, Island Mart (a small convenience store) is open 8:00 AMâ8:00 PM, seven days a week.
â Restaurant hours vary, so please check the house manual for details.
House Rules & Safety
â No pets allowed. A pet fee will apply if one is found.
â Both bathrooms are located on the main level. Guests staying in the loft will need to come downstairs to access them.
â Outdoor security cameras are present for safety and insurance purposes. Cameras are owner-operated and located only on the exterior of the home.
