Right on Atlantic Avenue, the beach is your backyard during your stay. This Ocean View comfortable studio with kitchen will make every traveler feel right at home, you’ll be well-rested and ready to explore Daytona Beach and all of the nearby attractions.

Gorgeous Ocean View and Spacious apartment! It has 2 Queen Size Beds and 2 Twin Size Beds up to 6 guests. Newly furnished with cooktop, microwave, full size refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and Keurig, all dishes, utensils, pots and pans, iron and ironing board, hair dryer. Apartment includes linens, towels, 50" inch SmartTV includes 140+ channels and WiFi are included for your entertainment. Great food, music, drinks, shops and a lot of fun. Centrally located on a quiet piece of sand in the Sea Dip Resort!

Entire space plus building amenities is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.

The unit itself has a lot going for it — the beds were comfortable, the space is a good size, and the location is great with easy access to the beach and Daytona activities. That’s exactly why our experience felt disappointing
 you can tell this could be a really nice stay with the right care.Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance were not where they should be. We noticed rusted door hardware, scratched and dirty walls and doors, stains on the ceiling, and grime around edges and corners that looked long-ignored. The shower floor and curtain also needed a much deeper clean.On our last night it rained, and water leaked into the kitchen in two places. We put down towels and pots to prevent a mess. When we notified the owner, the response was simply that they would “let the HOA know,” which didn’t give much reassurance.We enjoyed the trip overall and made the best of it, but the condition of the unit made the stay less comfortable than it could have been. With proper maintenance and true cleaning, this rental could easily be a great option — it’s just not quite there yet.

Host stated there was a problem with original room states he could move us to another unit on property at no extra charge. I agreed thinking the space would be the close to the same as originally booked. I was mistaken the original room had two beds plus two roll out beds. The new accommodation had one bed and a half ass futon. When I messaged host to see if we could get a different accommodation with at least two beds I was ignored for 7 hours. I then sent another message stating if we couldn’t get a different room with at least 2 actual beds I would need a refund so we could try to find other accommodations or travel 13 hours back home. I was told the new room would accommodate my party of 4. And he had sent me a link to the new room to confirm. I was driving already in our way did not see the link when I responded. Of course you cannot even click the link in the inbox area. I was not aware that was the link to the new room as it was not communicated in our correspondence. After that radio silence from the host. Not to mention the amount of knats that were all over the bathroom sink suggest the room had not been thoroughly cleaned before arrival. I sent host one last message to let them know that we had checked out and would not be staying at this place. I will include original room pictures to what we got.

Money well spent!!! We very much enjoyed this place the kids had an amazing time and we had plenty of room, the room was exceptionally clean and how was very quick at responding!! Will stay here again!

The manager handling the property was very responsive. Wonderful for our large family. Will hopefully be booking again for next year’s vacation.
