There is 1 outdoor pool, 2 indoor hot tubs, and 1 indoor pool that are now open and usable by guests. The restaurant is currently being renovated

Our host Rebecca was awesome. She did everything in her power to accommodate us and provide us all we needed. Accommodations were perfect. Very large sleeping area and living room type space. Spent alot of time on the belcony. Loved our Ocean view and being right on the beachResort is being refurbished due to hurricanes the past few years. But you can see all the work being done. Looking forward to next stay. Will definitely come back. Only thing I wish was there was a bigger parking lot. Didn’t have much room for my Chevy truck and didn’t want to leave to drive anywhere fearing there would not be a parking place once we returned

Room was great . The building still ongoing with repairs which is a bummer but we cant help what nature does. Overall good stay

We really appreciate your understanding about the repairs; you said it perfectly, sometimes nature has other plans!The good news is that a lot of the work is now complete, pools and all indoor amenities are back up and running, and we've fully renovated the unit. Last minute vacation plans

We planned a short notice vacation in Daytona and were so glad to find this cute little condo. We enjoyed our stay and loved waking up on the beach. Kids said it was their favorite vacation yet!

Nice place

It was a wonderful time at Daytona. We wish the pools or any amenities were open but they were shut down due to previous storms. A lot of construction and it was loud most of the day. Room was spacious and host was very hospitable.

The resort had sustained significant storm damage and was undergoing major repairs to the pool deck, indoor pools, elevators, and roof all at once — not ideal timing, and we're sorry it impacted your stay.The good news is the work is done! One outdoor pool is back open, and all indoor amenities are fully restored — indoor pool, hot tubs, gym, and sauna. The unit is in an older oceanfront building that could use some love. Parking is a bit of a challenge. The room was nice, bed's comfy, bathroom and kitchen were well stocked. Good value for the .

Great views and kid friendly

Great place to stay with family. Cannot beat the views and being a short walk to the beach. Amenities weren't available due to the hurricane damage, which didn't impact our enjoyment of the condo since we wouldn't have been able to utilize them with such young kids (2 under 18 months). Was a kid friendly condo and my oldest enjoyed sitting on the small patio. Definitely would consider returning to this property.

Decent stay

The room itself was fine and listing was accurate. You can tell the area itself around the condo has seen its prime. The overall stay was fine. The bad rating of the cleanliness is not for the condo itself yet the property. My biggest complaint is although I understand that the pool is shut down due to the hurricane, having to look down at trash everyday I don’t understand. Clean up the trash so I don’t have to look at it is not a hard ask. Also not being able to sit on the balcony because of the constant smell of “smoke” was annoying.

From the Owner: "Thank you for the honest feedback. We're glad the room itself met expectations and the listing was accurate. We completely understand how the overall state of the property during storm recovery made for a less-than-ideal experience — the debris and construction aftermath was frustrating for everyone, and while that falls under the resort's responsibility to manage, we hear you that it impacted your stay.Regarding the smoke smell — you're right to call that out, and we want to be transparent. The resort has a strict no-smoking policy, but we were dealing with a specific issue from a neighboring unit at the time. The condo association has since addressed it directly and it has not been an issue since.We've also spent the winter fully updating our unit and the resort amenities are coming back online — one outdoor pool is open and all indoor amenities including the pool, hot tubs, gym, and sauna are restored"

our room had BED BUGS we had to leave a day early because my mother had bites all over her. We have pictures of the bugs in the bed and the sores on her arms have yet to hear anything back from the property manager. I’ve emailed called and everything and have yet to hear anything back. I would not recommend this place at all. There’s a lot of construction around the property the pool, the hot tub all of that was down! nothing was said about that until after I paid for the hotel. It’s in a great location that’s the only positive.

Checkin process was not good. Code to room not able to be put in. No parking pass.Not much help. Most help was from a housekeeper. God bless her! Need more carts to help with luggage. Had to go floor to floor looking for a cart. Maybe need more staff to help guests. Walls either very thin or neighbors super loud. Felt as if they were in the same room. Not good sleeping with the noise level. Hardly any silverware, luckily it was only two of us
