IMPORTANT NOTES * **Pet-Friendly:** We welcome up to two pets total (dogs or cats) as part of your furry family. All pets must be added to the reservation when booking. Please ensure pets are potty trained and well-behaved. Pets must be cleaned up after. We’re excited to have you and your pets enjoy Big Bear!

• Water: If you prefer bottled water during your stay, please bring some with you or purchase it from nearby grocery stores.

• BBQ grill & Gas fireplace:
 *Propane refills for the BBQ are not provided; tanks can be refilled at the local DIY store.
 *The indoor fireplace is gas so no wood is needed. Ceramic logs are already in place.Turn the shut off key on the bottom right slightly to start the gas, then light the center to get the flame. Adjust the flame by turning the key.

• Lost and found: $50 handling fee for items left behind plus shipping cost within 7 days of your check out.

*Security: There is a ring camera in the front and backyard to monitor the property for safety, not for surveillance of guests.*
