With open, kid-friendly spaces and just minutes from Houston’s top attractions, this is the perfect spot for laughter, relaxation, and unforgettable family adventures.

BEDROOMS
This home has a 4 bedroom, 5 beds and can accommodate up to 10 guest comfortably. There are a total of 1 King beds, 2 queen beds and 2 full beds.

*Bedroom 1- Indulge in the spacious luxury of the primary room, featuring a King bed. the modern design blends comfort and style seamlessly.
*Bedroom 2- This hip and bright room boasts 2 full beds, perfect for children and adults alike.
*Bedroom 3- This bedroom features a Queen bed. The efficient use of space and stylish design make it a cozy space for rest and play.
*Bedroom 4- With a Queen be and contemporary design elements, this bedroom exudes chic elegance.

BATHROOMS
You'll find 3 clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels. You'll find all 3 are shower-tub combos. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash for your group's needs.

KITHCEN & LOUNGE
Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully-stocked kitchen. It features beautiful marble countertops and brand new modern appliances with everything you will need to cook magnificent meals.

The dining area is perfect for enjoying a meal with your group and guests. The indoor dining table has enough chairs for 8 guests with an additional 4 seats at the island countertop. The room flows effortlessly into the spacious lounge, with big windows to let in a lot of light. Whether you want to open up your laptop to plan adventures for the day, host a dinner party or just want to take things easy, this open-concept living room gives you all the space you need.

OUTSIDE SPACE
The house has a fenced-in yard for your use of the hot tub under the stars, outdoor dining. grill, games and outdoor movie theater. Take it easy in the beautiful Houston weather !

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect Texas vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the basic cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance so we can make the arrangements.
To avoid additional cleaning fees,
Please do not allow your pet over the furniture.

You'll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner's closet. Make yourself at home; your host is just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby.

The house is located in a center prime location, just off the main access to I-45. there is a grocery store just across the road and many restaurants and entertainment in the surrounding area.

This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and may incur in a minimum fine of $750. You are welcome to step onto the back patio and enjoy.

This house is great for throwing events and celebrating special occasions and I look forward to helping you make them happen. Must give advance notification as there is additional charge depending on size of event.

Trash bins are painted in neon orange on top and must be placed across the street on Mondays to get collected on Tuesdays.
(Tip: you can follow the neighbors to see if it is recycling week)

There is a Ring Camera located in front of the house and a security camera with a flood light on the side of the house for your safety.
