Bedroom #1 - Primary Bedroom - Second Floor: Includes a queen-sized bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom, private deck with chairs, a desk, room A/C unit for quick cooling and original artwork by a South Carolinian.

Bedroom #2 - Main Floor: Features a full-sized bed, twin bed, closet, dresser, Roku TV, and room darkening curtains. There is also private access to the hallway bath

Bathroom #1: Ensuite full bathroom in the primary bedroom with shower/tub combo and skylight.

Bathroom #2: Full bath with shower/tub combo and essential toiletries provided, located on the main floor. Accessible from the hallway and also from bedroom #2.

OUTDOOR SPACE

Relax on couch in the lovely screened-in lanai with expansive views—perfect for reading, birdwatching, or napping. Enjoy the serene surroundings on the balcony of the first floor with a 4-seater outdoor table, or the balcony of the second floor bedroom.

Explore the community and take advantage of the pool, waterside deck, bocce ball court, tennis and pickle ball courts, pavilion, fire pit and grill. All about a 2-minute walk from the villa. Grilling utensils, a bocce ball set, a 2 tennis rackets are provided.
