Nous sommes une petite entreprise, propre «Old Florida» situé directement en face de la rue du Golfe du Mexique.

Cette unité est confortable et à prix pour permettre à la personne moyenne une chance de passer des vacances de qualité sur nos belles plages de sable fin du Golfe du Mexique! Lynette had everything we needed. Small and cozy , only one window air-conditioning unit, but it kept the place quite cool. parking was a little tight getting in and out, but we were able to manage.

AWFUL!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! It’s filthy and gross!!! I’m not picky, but geez
. Sheets were dirty with hair/pubic hair. Place looks like it’s from 1970 and gonna fall over. The shower head is black where the water comes out. Under the mattresses there were plywood boards for a boxspring. My niece stripped all the bedding and took them to a local laundrymat cause they were so gross. Dust EVERYWHERE! Dirt EVERYWHERE! There is a window shaker AC unit in the common living room but NO CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING in the two bedrooms! But fans in bedrooms. I’m sorry, but it’s July In Florida! No AC in bedrooms!!! I wanted to leave that first day but already paid for it. It’s absolutely awful!

Quaint stay in an unbeatable location!

We had such a memorable experience here. The place is quaint and full of character, and you truly can’t beat the location—it feels like you’re tucked into your own little pocket of nature, surrounded by wildlife. We saw all kinds of birds and creatures during our stay, which made it feel even more special.Given the lush vegetation, it’s important to be mindful about keeping doors shut so nothing sneaks in—but that’s part of the charm of staying close to nature! For the price, it was absolutely amazing.Lynne, the owner who lives on-site, is a gem. She was incredibly kind and welcoming, and we loved learning about her work rescuing special needs birds. You can tell she genuinely cares about the space and the people who visit.If you’re looking for a peaceful place to sleep while you explore the area, this is it. After all, you’re not supposed to spend your whole vacation in your room anyway! We’d definitely stay here again.

Great stay

Our stay at Almost Beach Apartments, was amazing! From booking, check in and check out. Lynne met us to get us checked in. The apartment was just what we were looking for. The beach is feet from the front door! We had our own driveway, patio and front porch. Lynne was a wealth of knowledge about the island! The apartment, was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I enjoyed seeing Lynne out during our stay, talking to her was nice! We will definitely be back for our girls trip next year!

Beach Bums Go Nuts!

We (just me and my wife) were right across the street from the beach. We wanted to hit the beach, take a nap, go out to dinner, and come back to the beach for sunset. Mission accomplished. For us (and we will own it) it was perfect. The check-in process wasn't perfect but we managed just fine and Lynne was very welcoming to us. Once we knew where we were going it was just what we needed. It was clean and cool, although we needed the oscillating fan (provided) to spread the AC across the apartment. Everything worked. The sheets were clean. The beds were comfortable. We basically needed a place to sleep, because we were out on the island all day. We just loved being able to hop across the street from the beach if we forgot something or just wanted to take a quick break. The apartments are located within walking distance (or a quick drive) to all of the island hot spots. Here is the kicker. We have kids and jobs and we are watching every penny. We could not have been able to make the trip happen without the affordability. So very grateful that Lynne offered this property at a price point that allowed us to plan such a wonderful trip. There are probably other options with lots of amenities you won't use, but if you are looking for fantastic location with the basics covered, consider this budget-friendly offering.

Classic Beach Pad

The location was great...right across from a beautiful beach and close to places we liked to go. I use to live there in the area. It's not fancy, but adequate, depending on your desires for a beach vaca. It was like revisiting time actually! Glad I got to know the owner! Thank you Lynn!

Review of our stay.

This property should not be a VRBO property. The outside is a mess. Plants so overgrown you can barely walk to the front door. Parking is in the rear and is very limited. You have to walk through an alley to get to the door. There were bugs under the sink, not very clean. There was only a wall air conditioning unit in the main room.. The bedrooms were not air conditioned. We would never stay there again and most likely would not use VRBO again!

Family get away

My family stayed at this apartment during our first get away in years. Everything was fantastic! From the location to the owner; we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We definitely plan on making another trip and staying here again.

Out stay

We had a lot of run a round to check in and trying to find the place. It’s completely overgrown, can not see an address or the apartment at all. It’s Florida, it’s hot, when we finally got the keys to get in we found that no air at all had been turned on. It was well over 90 degrees in the apartment and took hours to cool off. It’s very very small. It is right across the street to the gulf. That was nice.

Avoid at all cost!

Upon arrival to the managers location, we met Lynne in the back breezeway of her apartment with barely enough room to walk in due to all the trash and debris everywhere were given the keys and a written instructions on a small piece of paper with all the do's and dont's for the condo. We walked down the side of the house past all of the trash and junk beach equipment that was all broken and rusted to the front door of the condo. It looks like the deck hadn’t been blown off in months there was trash and debris everywhere you couldn’t even sit down on the front porch because all of the chair cushions were so filthy. Upon walking in the condo, we found mold underneath the rug’s, hair all over the bedding, a small window air conditioner that we were told you need to run the standup oscillating fan in order to keep the whole condo cold , mind you on our trip It’s 95° this week. The shower was barely 5 feet tall and filthy and not pictured in any descriptions, the kitchen cabinets were broken, the one of the bedrooms was falsely advertised right when you walked in the front door was supposed to be a living room, and they put two beds in there to accommodate more occupancy and the living room was in the small dining room, all the kitchen appliances were filthy, the overall appearance of the apartment was dusty and dirty.

Steps to the Sand

Property was as described. Clean sheets, beach chairs available, was to the beach in 30 seconds. Perfect place to stay if you are looking for affordability a few steps from the beach.

We loved our stay!

Our host was fantastic and we had a wonderful time in Florida. This property was conveniently located near the beach and the Anna Maria Island trolley stop. We had everything we needed for our stay, including beach equipment and chairs. Parking was also convenient. The listing was just as described and we loved talking with our host Lynn!! Great Location

This was a fun relaxing girls weekend. Lynne the host was very nice. She met us at the property and gave us a quick overview of the home and the area. The house is directly across the street from the beach entrance and a short drive to some beach restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our stay.
