Une retraite insulaire récemment rénovée! La tranquillité et le luxe que vous désirez se trouvent ici. Tout nouveau, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur! Sugar Reef est un duplex et les deux unités peuvent être louées pour un groupe plus important. Voir liste # 684978 pour le RÉCIF SUCRÉ "B". Chaque unité peut accueillir 4 personnes. Avec des plafonds voûtés, un plan d'étage ouvert et une décoration fraîche, cette maison a une ambiance relaxante et "plage". Vous apprécierez la commodité de marcher à seulement deux pâtés de maisons pour accéder directement au golfe du Mexique! Vous aurez également un accès rapide à la baie, au parc riverain, au lancement de kayak et à l'aire de jeux pour enfants. Cette maison est super propre, dispose d'un porche grillagé, d'un barbecue, de chaises de plage et d'un parking couvert ombragé! EMPLACEMENT, EMPLACEMENT, EMPLACEMENT!
Sugar Reef est situé au centre de l'île Anna Maria, entre Manatee Avenue et Cortez Road pour un accès facile sur et hors de l'île. Vous pouvez facilement monter sur le chariot pour parcourir toute la longueur de l'île. Environ 20 minutes de St. Armands Circle. Situé à distance de marche de nombreux Bridge Street historique et de nombreux restaurants et magasins.

Great little 2 bedroom house! This house had great beach access, about 2 blocks away from ocean side and also the bay side had a cute little park and kayak access. We would definitely stay here again. Great location at a great price.

Great spot! Perfect for 3-4 ppl. Short walk to a beautiful beach. Well stocked with everything you may need. They even had a cart to use to carry everything to the beach. It is a duplex but we never heard the neighbors. Plenty of parking. Overall excellent choice. Screened in porch under the house was perfect for enjoying the rain storm.

The condo is perfect for 2 adults or small family (1 bathroom). Very clean, nicely decorated, and short walk to both the gulf and bay. It’s also in a neighborhood that feels very safe. I would highly recommend. Also, the kitchen has everything I can think of if you want to cook.

The entire family loves this property and surrounding area as it has everything you could need; plenty of space, amenities included, everything is stocked (towels, kitchen ware, beach items, etc.), property manager is very responsive. Steps away from the beach

We enjoyed staying at this beach house. It was a perfect size for our family of four. We easily walked to the beach every day! The house was very comfortable and welcoming.

When we found this property we knew it was in the perfect location! It's a great neighborhood and so close to the beach. It's super close to grocery, pharmacy, beachy shops and restaurants. Our purpose was to create a comfortable, well stocked beach home where you can litterally arrive and relax.

Sugar Reef is located centrally on Anna Maria Island, between Manatee Avenue and Cortez Road for easy access on and off the island. You can easily hop on the trolley to ride the full length of the island. About 20 minutes to St. Armands Circle. Located within walking distance to historical Bridge Street and many restaurants and shops.
