The house was clean, kitchen well equipped, everything was as listed. There were 3 issues: pans were put away dirty (probably previous renters), lots of dog poop in back yard, the closet in the bedroom with the high bed smelled like wet dog (maybe the extra bedding?). I would suggest a pooper scooper for guests to use or baggies in case pet owners forgot some. We cleaned up our dog’s messes but there were many other piles left behind by others. Overall, I would stay again. Great location.

Birthday weekend stay
We really liked the house, the location was convenient for groceries, gas/ convenience stores, and Tybee Island. There were several good choices of restaurants close by. The two main features we were looking for were pet friendly, and a pool. We were a bit disappointed that the pool was smaller than expected, but the Jacuzzi tub was awesome! The yard was great for our dogs, as it is fully fenced in the back. We are considering future trips, and would stay here again.

We chose this rental b/c of location: between Savannah and Tybee. It was ideal for the summer to spend the day at the beach, and then dinner in Savannah. Both are 10 minutes away! The home was clean and well-stocked with kitchen supplies, more than adequate for our stay. The backyard was nice, though we didn’t get to use it due to rain. We had a minor issue with the door, but it was promptly resolved by the rental agency. Overall, a great stay.

Super easy check-in. Kitchen well equipped. Parking pass is an awesome bonus! Be sure to use it to visit Tybee Island - great beaches. House was clean and very roomy. The master bath and closet are huge - I was so envious. The home could use a few privacy curtains, but only the front bathroom really had any kind of view to worry about. Fenced yard was great! My only wish was that the pool was a little bigger/deeper.

Disappointed
Swimming pool was filthy, steps in pool was a boat ladder instead of steps. Pool was not in ground. Drapes on windows were see through. Doors off wash room. For the price I was so disappointed. Kitchen had no drapes anyone could see in. Next door neighbor had barking dogs.

Decent Rental
Family of 6 in February so it wasn't crowded in the area. House was clean and almost everything worked except the whirlpool tub. The button to turn it on was stuck. It had been pressed in before our stay and wouldn't come back out. I had to wiggle it around with a knife to get it out and then I cleaned it and it started working fine.No serious issues, but everything should've been working when we arrived. The tub was a big selling point for this particular house for us. Overall it was a good place but I can't give it 5 stars.

Dogs are not allowed on public beaches. *ADA dogs are always welcome Island Vacation Rentals does not manage property amenities such as condo pools and elevators, therefore, we can’t guarantee availability. ***Ask us about renting beach gear & Island Golf Carts!
