This charming, spacious house has 3 bedrooms (though I try to only allow a max of 4 persons for you to have a comfortable stay), 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room with flat screen TV, a welcoming open kitchen and dining room. Behind the house you will find the screened-in lanai with private heated pool, patio furniture and a gas grill, all with stunning views of the golf course.
The house is quiet, located near the dead end in a gated community of the famous and beautiful Lely Resort.

The master suite offers a king-size bed, a large closet and direct access to the lanai. The large bathroom has two sinks, a shower and separate toilet. The other bedrooms have a queen-sized bed in one and two single beds in the other. The second bathroom has a sink, a toilet and a shower. The house comes fully equipped with 3 TVs, internet, telephone, bed linen, towels, beach towels, dishes, glasses, gas grill, patio furniture, washer and dryer, etc.

The house is just 2 miles from the Players Club, home of beautiful huge heated outdoor pools, tennis and pickleball courts, gym, spa, sauna, restaurants, entertainment and much, much more! For a water and beach holiday, you are only a short drive away from Naples and Marco Island beaches. The beaches of Naples are gorgeous and regularly receive the best reviews of the United States.
For water sports, there is swimming, diving, jet skiing, paragliding, fishing, and much more. With so much coastline, Naples offers something for all ages.
