Welcome to Luxe Lodge! Nestled on a private half-acre near the 4th fairway, this modern mountain home is the perfect getaway for relaxation and fun. Enjoy 2 large primary with ensuite, plus a 700 sq ft bonus room, heated garage with TV & games. Unwind on the covered patio or relax in the luxury hot tub. This secluded home offers many unique amenities. The backyard has flat grass area for yard games, and large fire pit.

This home is located in a residential neighborhood with full-time residents. Please be respectful our our neighbors and resort quiet hours.

Door code access shared 3 days before arrival after completion of rental agreement and pre-arrival form.

Upstairs Bedrooms:
- 2nd Primary bedroom with king bed & ensuite.
- Bunk room with full over full bunk beds
- Guest room with queen bed
- Bonus room with pull-out queen sofa sleeper

**Not Included: access to Swim and Fitness or Nelson Farm pools
**ID verification and guest registration required for all confirmed reservations.

We love traveling with our pups and welcome you to bring yours IF these guidelines are followed:
- Dogs Only - 2 Max
- Additional pet fee applies
- Must be house trained
- Must be kenneled if left alone in the home. We know everyone thinks their dog is well behaved, but when alone in a strange place they can scratch, chew and misbehave.
-Do not throw toys/balls in the house
-Keep pets off the furniture
-Must be on leash per Suncadia policy. There is an off-leash dog park at Dawson Park close by!

We reply promptly between 8am-5pm via phone, email, text or Airbnb messaging. After hours emergency contacts provided in the guest guidebook.

The driveway can accommodate up to 5 cars. Suncadia does not allow street parking. Overflow parking is available at the Inn or Lodge parking lots.
