Come see why this 19th Floor Phoenix Gulf Towers condo with unbelievable unobstructed views is the best for your family with its amazing views of the Gulf!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 19th floor coveted East corner with incredible views of sunrises and sunsets! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Towers condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 75” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 58" SMART TV in the master, and a 58" Smart TV in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a king bed in the master and 2nd bedrooms, two Queen beds in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms with a sleeper sofa Queen in the living room for sleeping up to 14.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, large jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Gulf Towers with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $70 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Towers guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

This unit was beautifully decorated and had a stunning view of the ocean. The unit was accurately described with a bathroom in each bedroom. I would suggest bringing extra hangers. The facilities were clean and enjoyable. The location was perfect as well. Definitely felt like a luxury stay!

This was a beautiful condo and suited our needs. We would definitely return. The only thing I would say could be better was the instructions on which tower we were in and where to park.

We had a wonderful stay at this Orange Beach condo! The unit was exactly as pictured; very spacious, clean, and comfortable. It easily accommodated our group of seven adults and honestly could have fit a few more. The beachfront view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking, and we loved having access to the onsite pool, water slides, and lazy river. The location was also perfect, just minutes from restaurants, shopping, parks, and grocery stores.Our only issue was parking. We rented a large van that was too tall for the attached parking deck, and there were only a few spaces available before the height clearance. Since regular vehicles were also able to park in those spots, finding parking for our van was sometimes difficult. It would be helpful if a few of those spaces were designated specifically for oversized vehicles.Other than that, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We had an awesome time and would definitely consider staying here again!

Plenty of room for 8 guests, comfortable beds, clean throughout! Plenty of kitchen cookware, utensils, and dishes! Cozy decor and nice balcony furniture. Enjoyed our stay and would choose this condo again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I stayed here in July. The condo is in a great location with beautiful views of the beach and Gulf. This was our 2nd time staying in this unit. Mostly everything was great and well stocked. The only thing that we were disappointed in was the water pressure in the showers. Other than that it was a very nice unit. The parking at the condo was easy and they offered extra parking passes for purchase if needed. We got to the condo before check in time and were allowed to park and use the facilities until our unit was ready for check in. We will return to this condo in the future. Oh I forgot to mention that the pillows on the beds are not that comfortable so if you are going here I suggest you bring your own.

The unit, the pool, the view were all great! However, the unit wasn't clean, not filthy but we could plainly see the floors hadn't been vacuumed, one toilet wasn't clean, there were crumbs of food we had to clean ourselves. We had to vacuum the main living area rug and wipe down the floors. The bed linens were clean and comfortable!

Nice place overall just needs cleaned better. Bedding in one room had a lot hair and makeup on sheets. Couch and rug has some stains. Other than that a very nice building and location.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warrants it.After our stay, my husband accidentally left a hanging bag of clothes in the closet. We realized it shortly after our stay and immediately contacted the property manager, Charlotte, as well as the owner. What followed was incredibly disappointing.Their response was dismissive, unhelpful, and frankly rude. There was no effort to assist, no sense of accountability, and no basic level of customer care you would expect when handling a simple situation like returning a forgotten item.It’s not about the mistake, people forget things. It’s about how it’s handled. And in this case, it was handled terribly.Based on this experience, I would strongly caution others before booking. If anything goes wrong during or after your stay, don’t expect support.We will be further action.Stay here at your own risk.

We tried to find your clothes, cleaning company couldn't find them, our inspector couldn't find them. We asked you if perhaps you left them on a luggage cart when checking out and asked if you had asked the front desk. Never heard back from you after that. Ever effort was used to try and find the clothes you may have left somewhere.
