Welcome to our 11th floor unit at EBT, where you have stunning island views! As you enter the unit, you are welcomed by beautiful Florida sunshine coming into the kitchen and living area. There is a dining table for four, family room area with sleeper sofa, and flat screen TV. The bedroom area has a king size bed, allowing a max occupancy of 4 guests. The bathroom features a walk-in shower. The unit also has a private balcony where you can enjoy beautiful morning sunrises with your coffee!

Our property includes Free Wi-Fi, washer and dryers on ground level of each building (pay-per-load), linens, towels and beach chairs. We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

The Estero Beach and Tennis Club complex has tennis and pickleball courts, a large heated swimming pool with poolside lounge chairs, BBQs, and walking trails. Enjoy walking on the sandy beach and Gulf of Mexico water at your doorstep. Across the street is Santini Plaza (restaurants, shops, famers markets), a CVS, and Fish Tale Marina. A local trolley can take you to Lovers Key or to the North-end of Fort Myers Beach (Time Square area). Make this condo your next vacation spot!

* We would like to note that most renovations have been completed at Estero Beach and Tennis (including the pool!). There is still construction occurring across the island and the experience will not be the same as what it was prior to Hurricane Ian, but much progress has been made in the past year. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches that are right next to the towers. *

This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! During the high season (December through April), our property is typically rented from Saturday to Saturday. The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. This unit has a dynamic price plan, prices may vary from day to day. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.

This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival. Per condo association rules, all guests upon arrival to the complex must sign in with the onsite office at EBT to complete registration forms and receive their parking pass.

This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking.
